One of the BEST florists I have ever dealt with and tremendously worthy of a five star review.

I live eight hours away from Panama City and was challenged because I was hosting a brunch and needed centerpieces for twelve tables and a large buffet table. I selected AK Florist because it was close to the venue and had good reviews.

Angel went to the site, made accurate and timely suggestions and absolutely “nailed it” with his recommendations. His arrangements were spectacular and I felt they were reasonably priced. He even draped the stairway handrail which was way above and beyond, and very much appreciated. The bride and guests as well as the venue were tremendously impressed. So was I!

Hands down life saving beautiful arrangement best experience ever! Thank you! My previous order was canceled and I was devastated looking for a new place day before Mother’s Day to send my mom flowers. Well it turned out to be a blessing because I found you guys. I called crying, devastated, he helped new and made the most gorgeous arrangement and it was delivered before my mom even woke up!!! Thank you a thousand times. My mother said it’s the most beautiful bouquet she’s ever had and took it with her on her trip the following day!!!

Thank you for your excellent customer service...from the ease of ordering online from 200 miles away...to the care and understanding of your designer taking the item I ordered and turning into an amazing Mother’s Day arrangement (I saw a picture of the beautiful finished product)...to the phone call I received when the delivery person was outside my elderly mother (honoring my order notation that she was hard of hearing)...to the delivery driver waiting to make sure she got it inside. Customer service was absolutely stellar. Angel was very patient while I worked through the process of ordering these flowers from out-of-state and making sure they got to the right person. He listened to my request, went the extra mile to deliver them same-day, and even followed up by letting me know they had been delivered.

Flowers were not fresh when delivered. Water was murky and there were several dead stems of greenery and daisies that were past their prime. Other flowers in arrangement were pretty. I ended up taking out the dead stuff and rearranging the rest of the bouquet. Disappointed! However...Update on flowers.. I received a call from the owner of the shop who apologized and wanted to make the situation right. I was offered a replacement bouquet which arrived the next day and it was gorgeous. Thank you for following through with quality and concern for your customers! MBJ

Always have had wonderful service and beautiful flowers! I always order from them for the ballet/dance recitals at the end of the season and they are super awsome, meet us at our location before the show, with preorders as well as options for on the sport purchases! Highly recommend!
