She also was able to handle all the different vendors and the venue so incredibly well.

Our spectacular, love-filled November wedding at the Roundhouse and gorgeous welcome party at the Hudson Valley Brewery were all made possible because of Ali Barone and her team of tenured professionals.

Ali ensured every detail was thoughtful, beautiful and executed flawlessly from the moment our guests arrived at the welcome party through the bus ride home from the after party. She immediately understood our vision and made it a reality beyond what we imagined. She took care of all the stressful elements (securing vendors, coordinating transportation, room blocks, set up and take down, welcome bags, timelines, brand elements, even ensuring the proper timing of the disco ball spin!) so that we could really enjoy not only the wedding weekend itself but also the months and planning leading up to it. Ali approaches each line item with attention and her clients at the forefront. She went above and beyond - even making several trips to our venues and to meet with vendors on our behalf, to ensure everything ran smoothly on our big weekend. Our guests still rave about the welcome party, the gorgeous charcuterie boards, the barbecue, the decor, which Ali helped curate and execute. And when we told her our wedding party adjectives, she was able to deliver exactly what we were hoping for. Ali is able to wear many hats: party planner, interior designer, graphic designer, brand strategist, mediator, guru, and friend.

I only hope for more events in the future where we have the pleasure of working with Ali again.
