Mechel, our agent, at All About Honeymoons planned the perfect European getaway for my family and I. Mechel, was both personable and professional. She spent a lot of time with my husband and I answering questions and reviewing our itinerary. She was quick to return requested phone calls and she happily made all of our transportation arrangements for us. Thank you Mechel for all the wonderful tours and recommendations. Mechel was amazing to work with! She helped myself and 7 of my closest friends book out first trip to Mexico. She made the whole process so smooth and easy. I was scared since I had never been but she was great and handled everything! Her resort recommendation was phenomenal and I will definitely be going back there. She was always super responsive and made my 30th birthday the best one yet!

Mechel has been nothing short of amazing. Mechel has helped us every step of the way with our travel plans during COVID. She is detail oriented, reading the small print for all travel lodging and flights just to make sure we can cancel in case something changes during these uncertain times. We have had to rearrange our travel plans, and again Mechel was there to cancel our old plans and rebook our new without hesitation. Plus, Mechel has fabulous taste and really knows how to plan a romantic honeymoon. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to book travel!!

I have worked with Mechel in the past to set up a suprise mini getaway. My Wife and I had a fantastic time!
Mechel was very helpful, available, knowledgable, and very friendly.
It was such a great time I had to go back.
Recently, I worked with her again and we had some minor issues. However Mechel always had a solution. Mechel provided updates via email and phone call. She was able to resolve all issues in a timely manner. It is apparent she really loves what she does. It is so great to plan a vacation stress free and I always get that when working with Mechel.

Thank you Mechel !!
For helping plan our perfect romantic mini getaway to the Bahamas for a 4 night stay at the beautiful Atlantis Resort,.. Mechel had pre arraigned a few extra upgrade surprise"s for us and we felt like total "VIP'S" ! I highly recommend her as she went the extra step to ensure each part of travel experience went smoothly and we did not have to do anything except relax and enjoy our vacation !!

If you love yourself, avoid this place like the plague. Mechel is very incompetent, sorry Mechel! (You know this to be true)

There was always a reason for inadequacies...voice mail not working, locked out of email, moving, sick, out of town, forgets conversations, misquoted rates, misspelled names on tickets, payment issues, shortage of staff, and the list goes on! ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️ Contacting Mechel was such a struggle for everyone in my group. They would call me to get in touch with her on their behalf. Wish someone would have submitted a review before this debacle took place. Traveled with a group, and everyone in my group had an ongoing issue with her. Did I say mention EVERYONE? Thankfully, I was on her, and my group was a fun group and decided not to let it get to them.

However, Patricia who worked briefly for her was excellent, and so was Tanya, her daughter, who came on board for a few days before our date. Thank you!

5 Star review for this local Travel Consultant , I highly would recommend this company, my wife and I just returned from Sandals Royal Caribbean in Jamaica to celebrate our anniversary , It exceeded our expectations we even had use of an off shore Private Island , Gourmet meals, Excellent service, Beautiful beaches....Our Travel Agent even booked us a Surprise Couples Massage ! Overall the whole trip was just Great ! Thank You for all your help in narrowing down our decisions for a resort in Jamaica and making it so easy for us.
