Where do I begin? Getting engaged to be married was one of the happiest times in my life. However, when the daunting task of planning a wedding started, I was nervous, even terrified, and completely overwhelmed. I knew I needed help but didn’t know where to start. One (VERY LUCKY) search on Google led me to Devon and All Sett Up, and after a glance at her Instagram page I knew I needed to call her. After a brief conversation I KNEW she would be the one to bring my vision to life but did not know how far she would surpass my expectations until our very special day came.

Devon easily became a friend to us after the year we spent working together to plan our wedding. Beginning with our first meeting over dinner, she knew what to ask us and collected information concisely. We spent the year bouncing ideas off her, and she helped us make the right decisions to make our day just as we wanted it to be. She catered to us as a couple and listened to what we liked and didn’t like. She answered every single text message and returned every single phone call, no matter how silly the question was. She offered advice and companionship throughout the entire planning process. She took detailed notes and did NOT forget a single thing… down to the small cardinal I wanted to hide in the flowers at our ceremony in memory of my late mother-in-law. Things we didn’t even think of Devon knew and planned for us. She was the shining light that made our day so magical and special, and a day we will never forget. Let’s not forget her amazing ability to take décor from various vendors and create a vision that is truly unforgettable – some images displaying her work are below.

Devon also went above and beyond for me and for us in numerous ways. One example: I picked out my wedding dress solo and needed company at my fitting. Who showed up for me? Devon. She gave my dress her blessing (totally above the scope of her role) and even helped me pick out my accessories. When I tell you that you are not only hiring a wedding planner, but a new Best Friend, I mean it with all my heart.

Day of wedding? Devon and her team brought their A-Game (The ASU A-Team is pictured in the first image below). My husband and I decided we did not want a first look, and for us to see each other for the first time as I was walking down the aisle to him. The All Sett Up team took this VERY seriously, and ensured that neither of us would get a peek of the other. They went above and beyond to have lunch ready for the bridal party so no one would get hungry before the wedding. Forgotten makeup from the bridal party? No problem – they ran out to get it for us. They had our first drink in-hand as soon as we left the altar. They cared for each of us as if we were family, and I can’t thank each of them enough. From her amazing ways of working to her amazing staff, and then to all the vendors in her orbit that she brought to our day – it could not have been more perfect.

If you are nervous about planning a wedding and do not know where to start, trust that your first call to Devon and All Sett Up will be the only call you make. If you are looking for a picture-perfect day, no matter the weather, no matter your luck, Devon and her team will bring it to life for you…and then some.

If I could give All Sett Up 10 stars I would. Devon and her team were both hyper- organized and fun to be around! Devon helped us bring our dream wedding to life at a spread-out camp venue, so there were a lot of locations and details to take care of. She helped us through our caterer cancelling a month and a half out, coordinating all the vendors and rentals, and coming up with fantastic ideas and details (I will always love the beverage canoe!) On our wedding day, we were able to focus on each other and our families, and Devon’s team took care of the rest. Thank you Devon for being a phenomenal wedding planner and person!

If you are looking for someone to trust with helping to plan and execute your event flawlessly, look no further. Devon and her team are worth their weight in gold and more and I don’t know how anyone could put on an event without them.

I interviewed over 20 people for our wedding month / day of coordinator and the second I started speaking to Devon I knew I needed to hire her. From the very beginning, she has been immensely helpful, from bringing our decor vision to life, to creating an in depth timeline timeline, to answering millions of my questions over text at all odd hours of the day/week, to making sure no detail was forgotten and coordinating among all our vendors. She provided suggestions to overcome any questions and hiccups we had along the planning process and even helped me find a new florist when our plans changed.

The day of, my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I’m definitely a type A gal and I didn’t feel an ounce of stress knowing that Devon and her team were taking care of everything. They made sure everything was perfect, from setting everything up and steaming our tablecloths, to making sure the ceremony site was mowed, to even helping with our pup and bringing her back to the hotel after the ceremony. Lindsay from the team was by my side the entire day and I was so impressed by her professionalism and organization. When the cork went prematurely flying off my champagne bottle as we were finishing getting ready, she ran out and got me another one just so I could have that moment ?

I could go on and on and on but I think the point comes across. Devon is amazing and our day would not have been half of what it was without her and her team. Looking back, it was the most perfect day and we wouldn’t change a thing. I couldn’t have imagined doing it without her. So thank you Devon, and future brides — in ASU we trust!!

Working with Devon and her girls from AllSetUp was nothing but a pleasure. As a photographer, it is extremely helpful to work alongside a planner that understands the various responsibilities, has an acute eye for detail and is just always a step ahead. Devon was on top of it from day 1! We worked together for Maggie & Cyrus’ wedding in CT in August 2024, and it turned out amazing! She assisted with the timeline and made sure everyone had their ducks in a row way before the date and allowed our bride to RELAX AND ENJOY THE DAY!! Truly recommending her to all my future brides.

Devon and her team were phenomenal!!!! I honestly do not think my wedding could have happened without her. She was extremely professional and on top of everything from start to finish! Our emails and texts were answered incredibly fast and the level of organization her team had for our event was next level. I didn’t stress about anything throughout the entire process!! I felt so at ease knowing that all sett up was there for us! She’s kind hearted, detail oriented, and can speak up on your behalf. The team is also so much fun to be around! They felt more like friends at our wedding making us feel so comfortable in their hands! Kyla even offered me her jacket because it was freezing after our ceremony, how nice is that? Truly the best people in the business. They helped us set up the day before and of our wedding, ran the rehearsal, kept track of all the important docs and details, and packed everything up for us that night so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. All of our other vendors have said that this was the best planning team they’ve ever worked with and I couldn’t agree more. Thank goodness we hired Devon and the All Sett Up team!!!
