It was great. Never dealt with a travel agent before. As a young guy, not with much money, it wouldnt be the best option for me in my opinion, HOWEVER if you have the money, like the structure and appreciate them handlingeverything, I think you will get every pennies worth. I cant remember for the life of me, the wonderful ladies name me and my buddy talked to, but she was just a goldmine of information. Charged us nothing. Not to mention it's a really nice building too lol

I called her monday let her know that i need a visa for my daughter to go back to vietnam on thursday, it was vietnamese new years and as i know most places are closed, i dont know what or how she did it but l in 2 days she got my daughter a visa, amazing lady ! Thanks a lot chị !
