This was our first time in for using the service. We can't thank CubaMax more. We took a package in to be shipped and were the only non Spanish speaking people there. They quickly got an employee(Amy) to help us and she was TERRIFIC! She understood it was not only our first time, but also that we were a bit overwhelmed. She explained to us that we had to have an exact amount of weight for the box and patiently waited for us to run to a store to buy more product to put in the box. She helped us fill out the paperwork AND get our CubaMax card. We couldn't be happier with the service. Next time we'll have a much better understanding and be like pros! Thank you AMY and Cubamax!

Oh, one more thing. When we called ahead to get a better understanding of what to expect, they were very quick to find an English speaking employee to help us. SUPER SERVICE!

Horrible service. In the beginning, no agent was available to attend to us. No one followed the rules of the supervisor (a blonde-haired girl)After that the person who took us didn't check our package because in her appreciation we didn't have all the pounds required. They never weighed our package or tried to give us any options or guidance to send our package .

The one in Hialeah is super busy and they didn't have the 22 pound boxes (small) and don't know when they are going to get it. In spite of that, the staff was helpful and nice. First come first serve. They have a number system. I tried the one in Miami (67th ave sw and 41st) as well, which is small and not for very large packages and they were great.
