I thoroughly enjoyed the round- trip tour from Los Angeles to San Francisco and experienced a lot in only three days. Our guide, Roberto, was well informed especially on the most important sites and their histories, which made all the difference upon visitation. He had a great attitude, good command of the English language, was very courteous and able to keep our group of 43 all safe and on track. He answered all questions with grace and skill. Thank you for making our trip so fun!

Our recent 3-day tour from Los Angeles to San Francisco could not have been any nicer. Roberto, our tour guide was informative and accommodating to each and everyone on the tour. I was especially impressed by how he handled a few very rude and inconsiderate folks that were on the tour. Roberto was very professional and personable with everyone! He also, in a professional manner, did a great job with keeping the tour on schedule. It was a lovely tour! Thank you, Roberto!

We were supposed to go to Washington D.C. from New York, but the bus didn't come to pick us up, nobody at the Agency answered the phone and we could not get any info on what's happening. Everything was booked and paid for in advance. We lost our chance to see Washington. Horrible experience. EDIT: The Agency contacted us later in the day, explained there had been a misunderstanding and offered to take us on a tour the next day. The tour was nice and relatively interesting.

The American Triangle tour (08/20/2023-08/24/2023) was poorly organized. Peter Oehrlein, the first tour guide, gave minimal information about the places we visited and did not provide any information about the places we were driven through. While we were on a bus, he had been telling our group, It's nap time," in order not to comment on places we drove through. When I asked him questions, he answered, "I don't know." The whole tour was to drop us from one shopping mall to another. The second tour guide, Iris Kanefu, was knowledgeable and gave detailed information about places that we visited in Philadelphia and Washington, DC. Breakfast in the first hotel, Ramada by Wyndham, was not edible. Our windows faced the concrete wall in the second hotel, Gananoque – Comfort Inn, room 260, and I could not change a room because all the rooms were sold. Our room had a strong mold odor in the third hotel, New Jersey – La Quinta Inn and Suites. The locations of the hotels were not convenient to finding a restaurant for dinner. There was a strong, unpleasant odor in 2 buses due to the unclean bathrooms all the time during our tour. Lights and ventilation above the seats were not working in the second bus.
My family and I were not satisfied with the services provided by this travel company.
