Really busy. Tours are cheap, but they really get you with the extra charges (like "extra admission fees" or "tickets not included in tour") that can rake up pretty fast. For the single traveller, there is the option of sharing a room with another stranger which is a rather nice option for the more monetary-minded.

America Asia has all you travel needs and they are bilingual in chinese and english. So for any of you SGV residents whom are worried if they all just speak chinese, don't fret.. they do speak english. We have gone through this tour agency since 2000 for all our travel needs whether it has been to reserve tickets, hotel bookings or even pre-made tours. This is definitely the place to go and get a great deal for anything. Mr. Szeto is the best travel tour manager out there, and you should scout out for him if you are looking for some great deals on tours, hotel reservations and/or air tickets. mention michelle and arthur wong that you know us and he can help serve you even better!

very bad tour company, most of the tourist guide were old person without any patient to client. Drivers not good too..Driving very long hours and just let clients stay at view point few minutes. They let you walk 20 minutes to view point and 10 minutes to see the view.. The hotel were all bad too....rush rush all the time.....Most of all , they collect cash all the time and not give you a formal receipt...

Very poor planning of activities. Constantly being rushed for time. We were also dropped off at a shopping street at 8am and then picked up at 9am when no shops were open. Very bad experience, would not recommend.

The driver, who transited tourists from head quarter in Monterey Park to Arcadia after coming back from the trip is terrible. I believe he is a family member of the owner. He played game on he cellphone while driving on the freeway, frequently and unsafely cut lanes!

Your service is bad , very bad, cheating people. You want make money on everything even small things, you don't explain clearly to customers. Just make people go then ask for money.
