You will be dealing with them at your own risk. Their staff seem to be unprofessional and you will be keep following up for your queries.

I had asked them to come back with a ticket rates for International travel. It took them 3 days and not having a courtesy to at least call back to say what's happening. Forget about booking tickets.

STAY away from them. There are better travel agents out there.
