We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Amy to plan and coordinate our wedding.

Our goal was to make our guests feel taken care of. Good food, good drink, good company; bringing the most important people in our lives together to celebrate our relationship and really understand us as a couple.

That’s a big ask for a wedding. We trusted Amy to help us get the job done and she absolutely delivered.

We booked her partial planning option. Our initial meetings with her, and all of the advice and tools she provided helped us navigate the process very cleanly. We always felt like we could reliably get our questions answered. More important though, she helped us understand what questions we should be asking in the first place, what was important, what was a priority, and what wasn’t.

From there, meeting with her virtually and in person at our venue she was ON IT. She was a sponge for information: soaking up every idea, question, or anxiety, and addressing each with her deep experience and expertise. We went into our day confident in the plan we put together, and with an understanding of how things were being executed.

That understanding did not prepare us for how blown away we would be by the quality of the job she and her team did on the day and in the lead up to it.

Everything with our vendors was perfectly coordinated. Everything with the venue totally taken care of. We were providing a lot of the decor ourselves and her team picked up on and understood exactly what we were going for and assembled everything just as we planned it without any additional communication. They also seamlessly smoothed out and filled in any rough edges in our overall plan for the day, with little details we hadn’t considered identified and taken care of in thoughtful ways. If any small issues or problems popped up they were immediately handled with professionalism and grace.

On top of that, Amy went above and beyond to make us and our guests feel special. She knew what was important to us, and made sure it happened. She was always there, but never in the way. A true professional.

The day itself went off without a hitch and was better than we had even hoped. We knew this day would be special, but we didn’t realize just how special it would be for us, thanks to Amy and her team. And as fantastic as the process was, the end result was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, not only for us but for our guests as well.

We recently had the pleasure of providing bar service for a wedding that Amy coordinated and she is just fabulous. Amy is exactly the calm and organized energy that you want on your wedding day. Vendor communication was fantastic and the entire night went incredibly smooth. We truly hope to work more weddings that Amy plans / coordinates. We know that if we see her on the vendor list, we're in for a fun and coordinated night.

Where do I even begin? From the moment we had our first phone call with Amy, we knew she was the perfect fit for us. If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner because you don't think you need one, you're wrong, hire Amy! She is so organized, has a million great ideas and a solution to EVERY problem. In the last 2 months leading up to our wedding, I started to become a little nervous about all the little details coming together and began to second guess myself. Amy was there to answer ever question and concern my now HUSBAND and I had. She is so level-headed, has a calm demeanor when dealing with stressful situations (which is exactly the demeanor this Bride needed) and has this incredible ability to handle the unexpected with ease. She was ON IT with communicating with all of our vendors (there were several), reading through all the contracts and making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Now, for our wedding day... We were supposed to have beautiful weather, but a storm rolled in and we ended up with clouds and rain. Thankfully, our venue was indoor/outdoor. We planned to have the ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors, with the reception to follow inside. Amy gave us several Plan B options leading up to the day because there was a chance it would rain on us during our ceremony... and it did! But that's good luck, right? We were adamant about having our ceremony on the lawn area, outdoors because that was our vision. Amy had the brilliant idea of bringing clear umbrellas - enough for our guests to huddle under and share and one for us, that didn't distract or take away from our ceremony and actually made for some really cute pictures. While the rain / gloomy weather weren't a part of our original plan, it didn't ruin or take away from our day at all like I thought it might. Being a Type A bride, I had to take a few minutes to step aside after the ceremony, during cocktail hour that we had to cram inside, but with Amy & my husband's help, I got over it and we truly had the BEST day. We couldn't have asked for a better Wedding Planner. We have gotten numerous compliments not only about our beautiful wedding and all the intricate details, but also about AMY. People were in awe of how well she handled everything in the background while we were all eating, drinking, dancing and enjoying. To say that Amy not only made our day run so smoothly, but also saved it, is the UNDERSTATEMENT of the century. We would have been completely lost without her. She made us feel like family and whatever we wanted, she made happen. Amy & her staff have our highest recommendation. Our wedding day will forever be engraved in our minds. The venue was so impressed by Amy and her team's abilities that they asked for her information to add her and her team to their list of vendors. Amy and her team arrived a day before for the rehearsal and to set up the welcome dinner. For the wedding day, they set up all the decor, managed all of the vendors, coordinated with the venue, and kept the party organized. Amy and her team wanted us to feel like guests at our wedding and be able to relax. They achieved their goal - they cared for everything so we could enjoy the day. We recently hired Amy for our wedding in May 2022. Having her by our sides through this process gave us such comfort and peace of mind knowing we were in great hands.
From start to finish, she made the process easy and enjoyable!
She took the time to really get to know me and my fiance (now husband) which was super thoughtful and attentive. In addition, her free planning software was extremely helpful in housing all the information we needed to keep track of. We also met with her via zoom as well and she knew all the details of our big day and kept us on track! Amazing attention to detail!

On the day of the wedding, we could not have asked for more. She and her assistant were on-point! I was able to enjoy the day fully knowing the event was in her immensely capable hands!
