Pésima experiencia, en cuanto a trámites migratorios están completamente perdidos, juegan con el tiempo, el dinero y la paciencia de las personas, el personal no está capacitado para rellenar formularios migratorios y aún así lo hacen y cobran por ello, sin importarles que por su negligencia después los procesos se demoran más del tiempo previsto, muy mala experiencia he tenido con esta agencia.
