The only reason why I'm giving this place four stars is because it's a tad overpriced, even for downtown Denver standards. But if money ain't the main concern, this is a solid modern casual brunch lounge.

The regular menu is pretty good, and the seasonal menu has plenty of curious (and delicious) things to try. Excellent cocktails on Happy hour in the evenings, too.

In from out of town on a work trip. Location is super convenient, gave it a try. I got the T-Bone medium rare, did not disappoint. Very tender. The sauce they served with it was amazing. The mashed potatoes were interesting, good flavor.

Several of my coworkers got the buffalo burger. They all seemed very pleased with it.

The apple pie dessert was a nice finish to the meal.

Service was pretty good, although there were a couple of long-ish waits. That said, they had gotten a little busier, so not really abnormal.

While the food was good, service was not great. Restaurant was nearly empty and service took over 2 hours for 4 people. Restaurant week portions are tiny and not worth the price. Hostess was on her laptop at the bar and missed customers who were standing there for around 10 minutes. Was not allergy friendly. Do not recommend going here, there are better spots in Denver. (Edit: I would like to add that our waiter was very kind and good at what he did. He just had to juggle the role of waiter, bartender and barista, which slowed service, but he did his best given the circumstances. Additionally, I utilize life 360, which places us at the restaurant from 6:18 to 8:19 pm and we left immediately after paying, meaning our dining experience was 2 hours. I hope the restaurant can improve on some of the service issues and serving sizes as the food was good).

Service is terrible, extremely passive aggressive.
I got takeout and the bartender helped take my order and make the drinks. She was extremely passive aggressive. I saw a dessert menu and tried to ask about that and she was so dismissive and rude about it. Apparently for brunch they don’t have a dessert menu, which is fine but they didn’t need to be rude about it. The restaurant was empty for brunch, she told me the food would take 15-20 min so I waited in the lobby, but she didn’t pack it up until 30 minutes later. I opened up the package not even five minutes later and the food was cold? Did she just wait until the food was cold to bring it out?

Food itself was delicious, breakfast potatoes are quite good, french toast is soft.

I've seen some people on here commenting on the portion size being a little disappointing, but I didn't have that experience. Maybe it's because we got brunch?

The portion size was just right, we got the Lamb Hash and the burrito. The Lamb Hash had incredible flavor and it also came with fries and a side of house made beet ketchup which was really unique. I also got a side of their spicy aioli and as a fan of spicy food, that's one of the best aiolis I've maybe ever had.

The burrito was huge, nobody is going hungry eating that, and I found the green chili to be better than I expected. We also tried the fresh squeeze orange juice. It was pretty good, but I'm not sure I can justify paying seven dollars for that.

And the vibes / decor are on point in there. Cool spot overall.

The new menu for brunch is absolutely amazing! I love the way they do the breakfast potatoes and bottomless mimosas!

I had the Crab Florentine. It was delightfully unique! My husband had the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and he was floored! He loved the combination of flavors and the Asian take on a southern chicken sandwich.

100% give this place a try!

Wow, I'm not sure why this place was so empty. Josh was our server and he was amazing! He helped guide us through the menu and recommended some amazing food. Thank you to all the chef's and Josh for making our first time such a memorable experience. The Spam is a must get, chicharrones were out of this world, and the salmon and pulled duck were perfect. Finished with the carrot cake 3 ways and the parfait, so delicious. When we get back to Denver we will be back, people go check this place out!

I usually shy away from hotel restaurants, but I tried Apple Blossom and fell in love. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! The mussels were the most unique and tasty I’ve ever had and the carrot cake (more like a mousse) was amazing.
