NEVER use this company!!!!!
We booked a trip to US Virgin Islands at Margaritaville. They charged me $2200 for 5 day stay.
I found the same property cheaper for $1500 the same week I reserved and apple vacations customer service said they would match the price and refund the extra money and then they decided not to.
I attempted to contact them multiple times after that and they would not return my call. I had paid a deposit so cpuldnt gwt out of the trip.
Worst vacation ever!

The website pictures of resort beach looks nothing like the actual beach. It was full of seaweed, bugs and unusable. Not one person used the beach. You had to taxi elsewhere.
I also saw this property on airbnb for about half the price apple charged. It was a time share vacation club so they have high pressure sales the minute you get there. TERRIBLE!

Run from this place. I have went on a vacation from them this year in April. 2024 .Purchase travel insurance. I'm just seeing some reimbursement in finally July. These people took me through hoops to get any money back when my daughter got sick during vacation. My items were missing. I purchased insurance the whole trip. They telling me The day I travel was not covered. When I got full travel insurance. How are they separating a day off. When the trip was supposed to been covered. Yes! You know why so they want pay. They lie and take your money. Beware!!

Only place I go to get international tickets. Bill is knowledgeable in all travel matters and makes things easy. The staff and friendly and will assist with all your needs. You can also send money to Vietnam here as well as packages so it’s more than just a travel agency. I definitely would recommend this place for your travel needs.
