Let start off by saying that I typically book all my own trips. It is easy to do with instant access to pricing and availability. Disney is another story. I begun trying to book a simple seven day trip at a mid-level hotel with park passes and transportation. I gave up after an hour. Disney has become so complex to coordinate everything. I could have easily booked the flight, rooms, passes but the family would have missed out on so much more. Suzanne very patiently explained all the options and made recommendations based on my needs. I have 3 children, 1 yr, 4yr, 7yr. She recommended two things which I would have definitely not done on my own. She convinced me to opt for a meal plan and a memory maker. Best decision I ever made. Not feeling the guilt of buying my child a $6.00 rice krispie treat only to see them eat two bites and throw it away was worth the price of the meal. Plus she explained you could use the meal plan for character dinners which are 2x as expensive as regular dinners. The one other perk of using Suzanne was the ability to schedule the magical express. Not having to carry your bags to and from the airport is worth a lot of money to me since I have 3 kids and a ton of bags. Suzanne sent her personal assistant to my work a few days before the trip to make sure I understood everything and to verify I had all the correct documents and all our reservations were linked to the My Disney App. I would highly recommend Aquamarine Travel to help book a Disney adventure. It is nearly impossible to do on your own, and if you do you will miss out on many things that only an expert in Disney travel would be able to schedule for you.
