This is not a good company to work for . You can't get in touch with corporate when you need too,and HR gets back when ever. They allow supervisors to harass and target you even argue with you like you are a person from the street,in front of guests with kids. The management only seems to like a certain minority and if your not one .you will be treated differently.and they will due what ever to make you know your not wanted as an employee forcing you to leave .They will suspend you without even finding out why.then will say you don't have a job anymore and still not hear your side all because your not liked .because you don;t drink ,party or get high or have a life full of drama.and you don't spend all day talking on the pone with your boyfriend .

Hotel managers beware. This is not a good management company. They struggle to hold onto regionals providing minimal support for the onsite hotel management teams. They also struggle to pay bills and invoices on time, creating credit holds from necessary vendors. Definitely proceed with caution for any of their open roles.

Do not I mean do not work for this company. I have been waiting a month for a check for 1 day and 4 hours. I tried to call HR myself and the number listed on the website is not working. I called the hotel I worked at candlewood suites ne in indianapolis and they said they have been trying to contact HR and that they will get back in touch with me. No has called yet its been a month. I have been calling everyday or at least every other day for my money and I still haven't received it.

Racism and mismanagement at its best,

I should truly followed my gut after reading all of the horrible reviews from former managers of this hotel, and of this hotel company. Not paying invoices hotels, not being properly maintained not delegating funds properly to upkeep properties, and then blaming the general managers for their shortcomings. No black representation on the corporate level and no help from corporate officers they sit in their ivory tower and judge you for their mistakes. The property I was the general manager at went through a half ass renovation. They tried to pass off as a complete Reno and then they expected for me. To get all of these issues fixed when they should’ve been corrected during the renovation. I’ve recently separated with the company and now that they have a general manager that is not of color they suddenly have funds to pay invoices and to get the things fixed that I was trying to get fixed in my year in seven months there. This is discrimination at its best while you have an experienced general manager on property doing an amazing job to fight for your hotel and bring up the scores who is even praised by vendors, QA auditors, and other people who dealt with the hotel on a regular basis of the good work that I have done there and Corporate office Was never there to help despite all the hollow promises of if you need anything, please let us know managers. Beware this property is in the bottom 5% of Hilton and would not be a good career move to even sign your name to it.
