Gennifer and Ariana are lifesavers! I called a bunch of times to both of them about buying 2 trucks. They were both very nice and helpful. They never made me feel like I was being annoying even though I felt bad calling a ton times!

I recently refinanced and switched my insurance at the same time. I chose Archambault because of their 5-star Google rating and they did not disappoint. Marc and Tom, I wanted to take two minutes to write you to tell you about one of your teammates, Emily Barnes. I had called this morning for her concerning a matter with the insurance of my truck which she handled promptly, but she then went above and beyond and went to the CT DMV website and sent me extra info that she isn’t responsible at all for. She didn’t just do her job and then move on with her Friday. She made sure that the customer was satisfied with the assistance provided from Archambault Insurance.
