This branch of ata is an absolute disaster. I was left in Pittsburgh at a hotel after they wouldn’t let the driver who took me down in an icebox of a medical ride van. Which wasn’t his fault he blasted the heat as far as it would go. Hotel costed me my gf bout 200 then we had to get an Uber to drive us back home cause they refused to go get us cost another over 200 dollars. This was all before I had to fight them literally to take me to my health appointment.
Called the local state reps office who did more for me than ata not drivers but office workers did on purpose.

The drivers are real nice. I have very bad anxiety and social anxiety, and I have not had an anxiety attack riding with the drivers I've had even when there are others in the van also. They like to make sure you are comfortable and everything. The drivers I have had for medical have all made sure I was comfortable and since I am a smoker they have made sure I didn't need a smoke before leaving my Dr's appointments. I would definitely recommend these guys to everyone.

The bus drivers from Punxsutawney are rude they treat one passenger like garbage and they treat everyone else like there God it upsets me I been riding with this bus force yr and never been so bad it dosnt matter if she hurts someone cause she dosnt care bit if it was her as a customer she wouldn't like it at all
