I could not have survived wedding planning without Ariel! I had a few coordinators on my list that I planned to speak to, but after my initial call with Ariel, I knew I wanted to work with her. I booked her for the 60-day package, but the work began well in advance. It was quite the journey from when I began working with her. Many obstacles came up which were beyond her control, but she stepped up and made sure everything was taken care of.
Leading up to the wedding, she joined me on vendor calls and helped me craft my timeline. She also gives access to Aisle Planner and I loved how organized that made everything! It made doing the seating chart so much less stressful. Ariel is SO knowledgeable. She literally thought of everything and I entered my wedding day feeling completely prepared. She helped run our rehearsal and made sure running went smoothly and everyone knew where to be. The day of the wedding, she and Rebecca were onsite. They did such an incredible job! I was able to just enjoy my day without stressing about anything. They helped me bustle my dress (which had the tiniest most annoying buttons in the world!) and made sure everything was perfectly in place. Ariel even convinced our venue to let us use taper candles without a cover around them! They took one of our room keys and ran all of our decor, my dress, the guest book, gifts, and everything else we brought to our room throughout the wedding. It not only made my day stress-free, but also allowed my family and bridal party to enjoy the day as guests. There is probably a huge number of things that they did during the wedding that I’m not even aware of because they just made sure every detail was handled.
The other thing I will say is that renting decor and other items through Ariel was a lifesaver! It was so convenient to do it all through her plus I saved a bunch of money on items than if I were to purchase them.
I really loved working with Ariel and couldn’t recommend her more!

Ariel is great at what she does! We hired her team for our wedding in September of 2021. From the beginning, Ariel shows she cares about you, your story, honoring your likes & dislikes, and understanding your vision. She does it all. She’s smart, talented, and understands her clients' vision. My sweetheart table was better than I could have imagined--picture attached, florals by Jessie Duke @Jessietheflorist. Her team was so kind, supportive, and hard-working-- as I was sobbing right before I walked down the aisle, Gabby ran and got me a tissue and made sure I was okay. A small gesture that really meant alot. I was so appreciative of the time they took to set up and take down my reception space. Other bonuses to hiring Ariel-- vendor recommendations and access to rental decor items. I am so happy I don’t have piles of wedding decor items cluttering my home-- I rented all my pieces from Ariel. In addition, every single vendor she suggested exceeded my expectations! If you’re looking for someone to handle all your wedding day needs, then look no further than Ariel Ashton Events. Trust me, you’ll want someone in your corner to handle the things you should not be worrying about on your special day!

Where to start. Ariel and her team were absolute LIFE SAVERS!! My wife Alyson and I were in a pinch a few weeks before our wedding and in dire need of a wedding planner/designer. They were absolutely delightful to work with and never let us feel an once of stress. I hired Ariel and her team about 2 months before my wedding. I already had a venue wedding coordinator but I wanted someone else that would be by my side the entire day. Well she was. Ariel went above and beyond to make sure my day was perfect. She caught up to the planning and my vision so quickly that it felt that she was working with me from the beginning. She is so detail oriented! That’s exactly what a bride needs on her wedding day! Someone who will not forget anything!! Her team was amazing! They looked after my entire bridal party and made sure everyone was always ok. They even took my dog out for potty breaks so I didn’t have to worry at all!! I honestly don’t think I could have done it without her and her team. If you need someone that is going to make sure every detail of your wedding is planned out and executed she is your girl! I can’t recommend Ariel Ashton Events highly enough. Hiring Ariel and her team was the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding. Ariel’s expertise in event planning is second to none. She clearly loves what she does and it shows in every aspect of her work. In less than a month, and in the face of a global pandemic, Ariel and her team took what was going to be a quickly thrown together mess into a wedding beyond our wildest dreams, even pre-pandemic. Ariel made us feel special and cared for throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, strong work ethic, compassion, and kindness made our wedding a special day we will tell our children and grandchildren about for the rest of our lives.

After we had to cancel our big reception one month before our wedding date due to the coronavirus pandemic we somehow had to create a new celebration for immediate family only. I was disappointed that the fairytale wedding I’ve dreamt about my whole life wouldn’t happen and lost as to how I was going to replan even the basic details of a new ceremony in a month.

Then I found Ariel through Tents Party Rentals and everything changed. From our first conversation, Ariel put me at ease and completely took the stress out of trying to throw together a last minute celebration. Ariel jumped into action right away, spending hours on the phone with me (and my mother) coordinating every last detail. She visited the new backyard “venue” on a Sunday, her only day off, because that was the only day my husband and I could make it since we’re out of town. She followed my Pinterest board to get a better understanding of what atmosphere and decorations I wanted, and then took it upon herself to come up with new ideas that fit into my dream. If she didn’t already have decorations that fit into the theme, she created them by hand. She brought things to my attention that were so important, but I never considered. She handled details at all hours of the day as they came up to make sure we had a special day. All of this within a month’s notice!

The weekend of the wedding, I didn’t have to worry about anything. She and her team were at the venue the night before and bright and early the day of, setting up decorations, coordinating with vendors, setting the tables, and handling all the last minute details the couple shouldn’t have to think about on their wedding day. Ariel and her team transformed a suburban backyard into a gorgeous, rustic, romantic wedding venue that our guests are still raving about. Throughout the ceremony and reception, they followed strict safety guidelines and made the celebration look seamless. They stayed until late at night making sure we didn’t have to stop our wedding early to break things down. I’m sure they did many things we don’t even know about to make sure the day went smoothly for us and our guests.

I have already recommended Ariel Ashton Events to every person I know in the area planning an event. My only regret is that I didn’t find and hire Ariel and her team sooner.

Ariel did a great job at our wedding. She designed all of the decorations, signs, and other miscellaneous details for our wedding day and coordinated its setup and teardown. I would recommend her for any event planning in the future!
