I honestly couldnt of got my home with out the help of Gary and Susi. They helped my fiancé and I out so much. They helped with every aspect and went above and beyond what could be normally expected from a realtor. They put us in touch with the best people in the business who helped us to close on our very first home. I couldn't of been happier, they are truly an amazing duo and I love them for what they did for us and how they went about it. They were happy for us to get the home we wanted when the odds weren't in our favor. They believed in us and I'll always recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Because they're the best around not a single doubt in my mind about that.

I honestly, from the bottom of my heart, cannot say enough good things about Gary & Susi. My grandmother sold her home in Arizona. My entire family and I live out of town but were helping manage the transaction. Gary and Susi are responsive and came over right away. They were fantastic from start to finish. Throughout my years in business I have dealt with many, many realtors and Gary and Susi are by far some of the best. They are friendly, down to earth, professional, fair and kind. After this transaction not only do I highly recommend them professionally but I would consider them as friends. I don't think we could put into words how grateful we are for Gary and Susi. They have been showing us homes for at least 5 years, and none ever quite panned out. They were always available for a showing. Even after years, they were right there nights and weekends showing us potentional homes. We finally found our dream home and they helped every step of the way. While we were already homeowners, there were a lot more steps and details to this transaction than our first home. They made us feel so comfortable with the whole process. When our original lender didn't work out, through no fault of their own, Arizona Land and home had a lender that jumped through hoops to make this dream happen for us. 5 months, 8 different closing dates, some frustrations and some tears, Gary and Susi never gave up on us!! At one point, we thought there was nothing else we could do. Susi actually cried with me in the office. That's how much they actually care about their clients. We (my husband and I, Gary and Susi as well as our lender) did end up finding a different way. We truly believe that we would not have gotten our dream home had we hired different real estate agents. They are amazing people that have truly become friends throughout this process. If we ever move again, we wouldn't even consider using anyone but Gary and Susi.

I have bought a number of properties and have not dealt with a better agent than Gary. He really paid attention to what I said and did not waste my time with properties that were not what I was looking for. As I was buying in a new town, he also gave me an invaluable insight into the the different areas and communities which helped me pick the best location for me. This was the first purchase I ever made where the agent went through every single page of the purchase agreement. He didn't disappear after the sale either. He has been a great friend in my new town.
