Normally I am in & out at AFCU, especially doing a simple transaction. It took, & I am not exaggerating, over 12 minutes just to cash in a (1) matured CD.
There was no in line behind me when I approached the counter, during the transaction, the line grew as well as the patience of those now behind me.
There one 1 teller, this is ridiculous.
Had I been one in line.. I would have left as a couple of people did.
However the teller was very professional & pleasant. I could tell she was a little concerned about her taking a while with me.
She apologized & thanked me for my patience.

Arkansas Federal Credit Union stands heads and shoulders above the rest, in my opinion. The monthly credit dividends I earn augment my bank balance. My money is working for me. The staff are friendly and helpful and are eager to guide me when necessary. A person can't go wrong with AFCU.
