I had noticed how active Amy was via Facebook...I do alot of my own research on resorts and trips but always like to use a TA because of their detailed experience and expertise. Amy was great to work with. I had made a spelling error in one of our names and panicked but she assured me all would he fine and she fixed it. our resort, riu latino in cancun was amazing. ocean front room provided a great view. private transfers (although from the airport we didn't receive because it was too busy and cars were late) we still got non stop service and were just excited to get to the resort. Amstar staff were very apologetic. Amy provides details, like when going to the CUN airport to go to a kiosk to print bag tags and not to an agent because they will charge you a fee is a detail most may not receive! overall we had a great trip and I would highly recommend Amy to help with booking a future trip! just look at her FB posts! her attention to details and ability to find a deal is 👍🔥
