I had the pleasure of meeting Rachael through my children. She cares for my ex husband, their father. Rachael is a wonderful addition to our family as she takes care of the needs of Leroy with live and care. Our daughter Tasha lives with her dad and is a busy mom and professional, working more than an 8 /hour schedule each day. To have and rely on such high level support from Rachael is such a blessing. We are so blessed to have her!!

My dad is receiving care and for the first time he has a caregiver that he can trust. It is such a relief to have someone provide me with support and I know that my dad is in good hands. Assisting Hands Rockford is an amazing facility that goes above and beyond to help people in need of care for their loved ones. We originally needed help with the transition back to home for my Dad after an extensive surgery, but after a major setback needed 24/7 care unexpectedly. Assisting Hands Rockford stepped up and pulled all of their resources in order to keep my Dad in is home, safe and comfortable. Not living close enough to take care of him myself, I can rest assured that he has excellent care and is well attended to. His care givers Penny, Alyssa, Holly, and Mary have exceeded our expectations. And Wanda has moved mountains to make sure that Dad is well-cared for during this recovery. I am so thankful to everyone at Assisted Hands Rockford for all of their help. And I also would like to thank Jen for everything that she has done for us!

We have only been using assisting hands for two weeks but the change in our lives is amazing. Matthew our caregiver is extremely kind with my husband and very gentle.and understanding. I wish I hadn’t waited so long to make the call. Highly recommend Matthew with Assisting Hands.

My grandfather receives help two days a week from Assisting Hands. The help he receives has allowed him to meet his goal of staying in his own apartment. Everyone has been great at Assisting Hands, but Areliz goes above and beyond! She always finds something to do around the apartment. Our family is very happy with our decision to involve Assisting Hands into my grandfather's care team. We highly recommend them!

My dad gets help from AH twice a week and we are very happy with the service. I see that my Dad enjoys his time with Ms. Rachel. Every time she arrives he lights up and that says it all for me. I highly rate Amber. She is awesome in what she does. She comes in and showers Mr Sam two times a week. She comes in with a smile on her face and is great company for him. He looks forward to her visit. She takes care to make he safely gets in and out of the shower. She makes sure he is shaved, lotioned, teeth brushed, clothes on etc each visit. She checks with to see if he needs any thing more before she leaves. She always completes the shower and clean up in her alloted time. We appreciate her.
