Disappointing Experience with ATT Florida

I was really looking forward to my trip with ATT Florida - Absolute Tours & Travel, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. First of all, the communication was lacking. I found it difficult to get in touch with customer service when I had questions about my itinerary. When I finally did receive a response, it was often vague and unhelpful.

Moreover, the tour itself was poorly organized. Our guide seemed unprepared and didn’t provide much information about the locations we visited. There were also long waiting times between activities that weren’t communicated to us beforehand. I felt like I was wasting precious vacation time.

To make matters worse, the accommodations were not as advertised. The pictures online looked great, but the reality was a cramped and outdated room that didn’t meet the standards I expected for the price I paid.

I went on a day trip with ATT Florida - Absolute Tours & Travel, and it was a letdown. The tour was overcrowded, and we were rushed through each location without time to truly enjoy anything. The customer service was lacking, with staff being unfriendly and unhelpful. I expected a fun and relaxing day but left feeling frustrated. A Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs

I deeply regret choosing this company. I've lost nearly $11,000 on airline tickets due to their lack of transparency. At no point was I informed that the tickets were non-refundable. When I reached out for help, the so-called "solutions" they offered were absurd. They suggested another trip for another (another country and date) with a downgrade to economy class but still pay a fee equivalent to the cost of a business class ticket. This was by far one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made.

Thank you Laise at ATT Florida for taking very good care of our travel needs. We were able to get a very good rate on our trip to Brazil and her customer service was outstanding. Not only did she help us book the trip with a great rate, but she sent us travel updates and check in reminders while we’re on vacation. That definitely helps in case of a flight time change and we appreciated the advance notice. I highly recommend this company and Laise to others.
