We had Abby as our month/day of coordinator for our backyard wedding (about 150 guests) in October 2022 and we are so glad we made the decision to hire her! She helped us stay organized while we planned, made vendor suggestions when we couldn't find them and even gave us a heads up to make sure our tent rental would be coming with sides (which it wasn't going to until we called!) when she saw a cold front approaching near our wedding day. She created our timeline to fit in all the events we wanted throughout the day and organized all our information within a document that was easily accessible and editable for both of us. Once we gave her our vendor information she worked with each of them to organize their arrival times and created a floor plan so they would know exactly where to go when they got there. Having her manage the vendors made our lives much easier as she fielded all their questions so we could focus on other wedding preparations. On the wedding day she arrived at our house and set up all our tables and other details like the seating chart and flowers exactly as we had pictured it. It turned out perfect and having her set them up allowed us the chance to enjoy the morning with our bridal party and family without having to worry about a thing. She met with vendors as they arrived to make sure they were clear on all our details and throughout the reception she made sure to keep things running on our timeline. The wedding went so smoothly and it is 100% due to her organization throughout the day. Without her we surely would have missed an event or gotten off schedule. She ensured my husband and I had everything we needed throughout the day and never let our water glasses go dry. She even quickly hand cleaned my dress on the dance floor after cake was dropped down the front of it so I could get back to the party. My husband and I agree that there is nothing we would have changed about our wedding day and Abby is a big reason we feel that way about how it went. I definitely recommend The Little Planner for your wedding planning needs!

We were so happy we hired Abby to help us with our daughter's wedding! She did a wonderful job, had great suggestions, was easy to work with and delivered all that she promised in a professional manner. I especially appreciated the ability to let her take charge the day of so we could relax and enjoy our special day! I believe her pricing was also very reasonable.

Abby was literally amazing! As a wedding vendor I have worked with some amazing vendors and felt so comfortable and worked with some that weren't so friendly, but Abby was just amazing!! I love how she cared about my groom and brides needs and also got involve with the guest. She was an absolute gem! I strongly recommend her to anyone that looking for the perfect wedding planner!

A few weekends ago I had the opportunity to DJ a wedding and Abby, owner of Aventz Co. was the wedding coordinator. Having worked with many coordinators over the past six years, Abby was hands down, the best I have ever worked with. Our correspondences began months before the wedding. Abby reached out to me to introduce herself and discussed the details of the wedding, what the bride and groom wanted, and presented a preliminary timeline. When changes occurred, Abby notified me immediately. A week before the wedding, Abby sent out a incredibly detailed list of the days events to all the vendors. The attachments included 4, multiple page outlines and diagrams of the ceremony set up, pictures of the park layout, the guest seating chart (as well as each meal selection), and even a video showing a map of the area while providing commentary of the schedule for the day. I was impressed by her attention to detail and commitment to excellence. During the wedding, Abby was everywhere, given directions, helping with plating, and making sure everything was perfect. Abby was our day of coordinator. She was amazing to work with. She is personably and extremely organized. her attention to every detail made me feel completely confident that my wedding day would play out as I wanted but even better than expected. We had a backyard wedding that was effect by rain but Abby and her assistant Stephanie were quick on saving our outdoor ceremony and executing a back up plan to make the evening flow perfectly. She checked in with us frequently & made it a priority that we were having a great time. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding. You are in great hands with Abby.

Abby helped us with month of coordination for our wedding and she was a life saver. She thought of many of the details we weren’t considering and gave us good advice based on her experience. Having her at our rehearsal and at our wedding gave us a lot of peace of mind and we were able to enjoy ourselves more because we knew she had things handled! I’ll never forget that Abby quite literally ran back to our hotel to get socks that I needed for a certain pair of shoes. She is quick! Abby was absolutely amazing! She was unbelievably professional and payed great attention to detail. She listened to every concern and idea and produced several designs and prototypes in a timely manner. On the day of my wedding, people could not believe that a high school student was responsible for the carefully crafted autumn inspired design. Abby exceeded my expectations in so many ways. She is a true gem.
