My husband and I got married at the Avenue on December 20, 2024. The venue is beautiful and was a perfect setting for our dream winter wedding. Cathy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Cathy truly made us feel like more than just clients- she felt like a friend! She brought our vision to life and ensured that everything ran smoothly on the big day. We did have a minor hiccup in the wedding planning process, but Cathy worked tirelessly to ensure that our day was perfect. We received so many compliments from family and friends about the venue and wonderful staff. I highly recommend this venue to host your event!

I highly recommend this venue for your wedding! Cathy and her crew were amazing on the wedding day, and leading up to it. Cathy was our coordinator and was so attentive to every email and question, which was so reassuring, and truly made us feel like a friend. We had our ceremony inside and they flipped the room to the reception seating during the cocktail hour seamlessly. The grounds were beautiful for our fall wedding. Also, the large bridal suite is a huge plus (very comfortable with great lighting). The price is reasonable for everything that is included. I loved that we were able to choose our own vendors (especially catering) with this venue, but they do provide a recommended list. It’s perfectly located outside the city, so you get a rural vibe (if that’s what you want) without an unreasonable drive. But really the best part about this whole experience was Cathy’s calm and focused commitment to ensuring our day was as close to perfect as possible. Cannot recommend enough.

The ladies at Avenue in Sarver made this experience so easy for me! The venue is absolutely stunning, nearly all needed decor is included, and the people were reachable and knowledgeable for every step of the way. There was an issue with the caterer, but the venue handled it to keep me out of it. My wedding overall was a total dream come true. Anything weird that happened was behind the scenes and didn’t impact our experience that day!

The Avenue was the perfect venue for our winter wedding! We received so many compliments from guests and were beyond thrilled with how our day turned out. The physical space creates an intimate atmosphere without feeling the least bit claustrophobic (we had ~140 guests). The wedding coordinators do such an amazing job of organizing and utilizing the space to its advantage. The decor was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. It was a huge relief that they had so many items in their decor store that were able to be used for our special day.

Ashlea was our coordinator and I cannot say enough great things about her. She was exceptional with communication and organization. She also has such a calm and collected demeanor that can be hard to find in this industry. She made sure to be in contact with all our vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding so we did not have to stress with it.

The only thing I would recommend is over-communicating with the bartenders prior to your event, especially if you are providing a multitude of beverage options. We ended up with inexperienced bartenders that were not versed on our printed menu and were at times serving incorrect wines and beers. The service itself was otherwise great, but inexperience / unpreparedness could lead to wasted alcohol if not handled on the front end.

Regardless, the Avenue does provide a list of recommended vendors and everyone we used from their list was fantastic!

I would 100% recommend the Avenue to host your event! You will get a gorgeous and unique venue with a team of passionate professionals to support you in the planning process.

I definitely give Avenue in Sarver five stars! My husband and I were originally scheduled to have our wedding at another venue, but two months before our wedding, the venue declared bankruptcy. After a tough week dealing with the situation, Avenue in Sarver was the first place we went to to rebook our wedding. As soon as I met Cathy and saw the venue, I felt peace, hope and happiness. She was so kind and compassionate towards us and our situation. Cathy, Jess and Ruby responded quickly to questions we had. Jess did a wonderful job decorating and Ruby was a fantastic day-of-coordinator. The three of them went above and beyond for us. They did additional things for us that we didn’t even expect. There were a couple of things that did not go according to plan, but I would not deduct a star for those things as they were pretty minor. You can definitely rely on Avenue in Sarver to give you a magical wedding experience. They are also flexible and encourage you to be the one making decisions about how you envision your special day. We wanted simple and elegant and that’s exactly what we got! After the wedding I had so much joy and kept replaying the day in my mind. Thank you Avenue in Sarver for blessing us!

I wish I could rate them even higher! This venue is so beautiful! It made for great pictures. Most importantly, the staff is over-the-top good. They go above and beyond to make sure your day is just what you wanted. The outdoor space with wild flowers, fire pit, and large outdoor deck with tables was well utilized by our guests. Ruby is an absolute gem. I know that my day would not have been as special if it weren't for her. So invested, so passionate about what she does, so thoughtful and very creative. I love Avenue in Sarver. My wedding was so amazing!

We had the most amazing experience at the Avenue in Sarver for our wedding! During the entire planning process we were out of state, which could have been stressful, but Cathy and her team made it an absolute breeze. Cathy was incredibly attentive, always quick to respond to messages and willing to hop on zoom calls or phone calls whenever we needed. She reminded us of important details we may have forgotten and was such a calming presence throughout the process. On the big day, everything ran flawlessly thanks to her organization and her fantastic staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and helped make our day perfect. I can't recommend this venue enough!
