It's hard to find a good travel agent these days an while you may spend your time checking prices online, I have found that Balkan Travel usually has the best prices! I trust them with all my travel arrangements and know I will get the best price. Very surprised at the other reviews as in my experience, they have been courteous and always call you back if they are on with another customer. The owner even emailed me back while on vacation and completed my last minute travel reservations. Great job Balkan Travel! Keep up the good work. Haters will hate, thank you for your service to the Albanian community.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. So not helpful and the lady that answered the phone was being so rude. “ I’m with a costumer” so what was I Not a costumer ?
On the other hand she was having a smart mouth, which is not good as a costumer service employee. You guys need to do better , especially if we come from the same country, we should be able to help each other, and not me calling to get help but all I get is a nasty attitude. Never again.
