I wanted a balloon garland for my baby shower, this past Saturday November 2nd, and they gave me exactly what I wanted. The initial communication was great as far as the colors, the layout, arrival time, etc. Lucy is GREAT! It turned out so beautiful I cried. The staff was really friendly! The setup and breakdown was quick and easy. I’ll definitely be using them for more events! Highly recommend!

Omg, Lucy made our gender reveal party the best!!!! Definitely exceeded our expectations and truly went beyond the call of duty when she jumped in to help us as we were trying to do our own balloon arch. She wasn’t even asked, but saw we were struggling and stayed to help us. From the minute I emailed for pricing and information, the customer service I received was top notch! Lucy answered quickly and was very helpful. She was right on time the day of the party and even brought a few extra balloons to decorate our tent! 100 Star Quality!! Hands down!! The MOST beautiful balloon arrangement I’ve ever purchased for a special event! I was immensely blessed to work with Lucy! She is a queen! Not only was the arrangement extraordinarily beautiful and uniquely designed, it was delivered to the venue with impeccable care and absolutely LOVED by my grand-daughter and adored by all guests! This monster size arrangement was built so solidly, that we managed to get it home safe and sound without incident!!! Lucy has a customer for life! The balloon decorations were just beautiful!!
