Working with Maggie is an incredible experience. Not only is she a polished professional executing at a high level, but she is an absolute blast and makes planning fun. If you're looking for a sign to higher a bachelorette planner, this is it!!! Maggie was absolutely incredible! So easy to work with, and made our entire weekend extremely seamless and organized.

We hired her transportation recommendation, Eli, to drive us to and from all events, and couldnt him recommend enough. Maggie scheduled everything with him perfectly, and he always arrived early so we would never have to wait or find a ride. Him and his team were very respectful, kind, a good time, and got us everywhere we needed to be on time and SAFE!

Hiring BASH is a must if you are planning a bachelorette in the Austin area!!

BASH ATX and Maggie were amazing!!! This was our second time booking with her (we went to Austin last year for my sister and this year for my other sister!) and she was outstanding both times. Our airbnb was fully stocked and decorated with everything we had asked for. She was available at almost any time if we had any questions or problems come up. During our stay in Austin, there was a possible storm when we had planned for a boat day. Maggie was kind enough to give us various other options and activities to do if the boat day was cancelled. I highly recommend her and BASH ATX if you’re throwing a bachelorette party in Austin!

While I did not want to be in this position to write this review, I feel that I need to warn potential clients about this company and working with Maggie. This has been a stressful experience since I signed my contract with Maggie. She does not communicate timely, does not listen to your wants, and does not admit to being unable to provide certain services. Few examples:
1. She sent out an evite that was generic and looked like spam. Majority of my guests ignored it because it was not personalized.
2. She did not correct this and did not follow-up with my guests about it, even though I asked. Whether or not she did, she never confirmed with me (another example of lack of communication).
3. She sent out a very generic itinerary that was nothing like we initially discussed. I had to rewrite the entire thing.
4. After many back and forth communications with her caterer, she arranged a call with her, the caterer, and myself. During that call, I had to lead the discussion and had to ask the caterer myself what he was willing to provide and what he could not. Maggie did not jump in and lead this discussion. I asked if the caterer could provide a dessert table, which he responded he could provide 2-3 desserts, but I expressed this was not what I wanted. After the call, I asked Maggie several times about reaching out to other dessert vendors, and whether or not she did, I'm unsure because I never got a quote or menu from her supposed vendor contacts.
I also want to note that during a follow up phone call with Maggie (this phone call was only held after I told her I'm no longer in need of her services), she did not take any accountability of her actions and tried to place the blame on the caterer.
6. Lastly - I made a point of hiring Maggie 6 months prior to my event, bc my event coincides with ACL weekend, so I knew we had to plan in advance. In these 4 months that I have retained her, she has only done the above, which is minimal work. She also told me that she only starts to plan events 6-8 weeks prior to the event, which made me wonder why she would accept money from a customer if she had no intention of working on their event until 6-8 weeks prior. She never disclosed this to me.

I have asked that she consider a refund and ceasing all work on my event, and she only offered about 10% of my money back. I now have to start all over to plan my party, am down funds because of her lack of planning, and only have 7 weeks to get a birthday weekend together.
Needless to say, I am very disappointed that there is a businesswoman that would do this to a customer. I feel that my money and time were stolen and I have nothing to show for it.

This has been my first bachelor party that I organized and worked with Maggie Rester and it was amazing! This has been my 3rd bachelor party that I have been on that have used their services. They take care of everything from grocery deliveries to rides to organizing fun activities! Anything you need in addition while you are at your destination, Maggie is on top of it! This was for my brother's bachelor party, and they made it more memorable than we could have ever imagined! Thanks so much!!

Highly recommend BASH! Maggie is so easy to work with and plans everything so well. We had the best time in Austin, and it was completely stress free. We arrived to our house with the cutest decorations and a stocked fridge/pantry. Our driver for the weekend that she hired was so nice and always on time. The restaurants and bars that were recommended were so fun and incredible! We could not have asked for a better weekend!!!

I recently used the Bash ATX for a bachelorette party, and I was thoroughly impressed. They planned a yoga session, a boat day, restaurants, decor, and everything was exceptional.
The yoga instructor they arranged was skilled and friendly, catering to all fitness levels. It was a peaceful and rejuvenating start to the day. The boat day on Lake Austin was a highlight. Bash ATX took care of all the details, and we had a fantastic time cruising, sunbathing, and enjoying the scenery. The restaurant choices were diverse and catered to dietary restrictions. Each meal was delicious, and the service was impeccable. We even had a Hibachi day planned in the backyard that gave us the peace of being at home + byob! Always a plus! The decor in our house added a festive touch to the venues, incorporating the bride-to-be's preferences tastefully. The planning service was professional, organized, and responsive throughout the process.
