We anticipated meeting some characters of the past but the night was pretty tame. Still learning the history of the hotel and the town was very interesting. We were armed with several different tools to alert us of unseen visitors and beeps sounded in unison often but Our photos and videos didn’t show evidence of any paranormal encounters this night.

Ok so 1st let me say that Diane was awesome. She kept us entertained and well informed. It was 6 of us in all and we enjoyed ourselves. The electromagnetic meter kept going off especially in the room with the cowboy. If you're into paranormal things, I'd suggest this tour. I don't want to spoil it with pictures this is something you should experience and enjoy for yourself.

The ghost tour was awesome! The only really thing I would recommend is smaller groups & make it at least 2hrs long. I felt rushed, but all in all it was great.

That was a complete waste of time and money. 1. The guide had very little knowledge about using the equipment. 2. The tour was very disorganized and amounted to a bunch of us walking around without much guidance. 3. We were told an app would be helpful only to never discuss it again after the introduction. 4. Not much history at all even about the supposed ghosts. 5. The tour guide was bland and seemed uninterested in creating a notable experience for the paying participants. In essence a complete farce. Judging from some participants leaving early and the grumblings from the others I'm sure we were not the only group that left disappointed.

Do not waste your time or money. Definitely go do something else. People were literally just leaving. The tour guide (Diane) told us to be quiet a lot, had zero knowledge of even any basic history of the property, and took us from floor to floor (skipping a few) showing us photos on her ipad sent by people from previous tours and talking about that. That was it. That was the ENTIRE 90 minutes. Super disappointing.

I was really excited ab this one. My mother and two sisters took me here for my 35th birthday. We ate dinner there and it was great! The service and the people were so much fun. We did the paranormal tour which was the biggest thing I was looking forward to. It was okay, I think the group was a little to big and it was late so I feel like our guide was sort of irritated or tired. It did start to snow on the tour and that was so pretty 😍. All in all I absolutely love the Basin Park Hotel and all it's creepyness. Next time I would love to stay in one of the rooms! 👻👻
