I struggle with saying positive things about Bayhealth with my past experiences with them but they have a certified hand therapist. Beth Roras, who is excellent. The outpatient physical therapist staff have been a very pleasantly surprising good experience. When you check in, you have to go to the computer screen and put your name and wait in the first area to be called, then they ask you the same questions and give you the same paper. LOL I let them know I don't want the paper 😀 Everyone is friendly, supportive people, and have answered all my questions.
Beth is very knowledgeable and I can appreciate how she thinks as an OT. You can tell she loves her job, as well as the staff around her.

They do free valet that I don't use because I'm inpatient, so looking for a parking spot in middle of the day is tough but still nothing compared to other hospitals in larger cities and probably a lot closer than the old hospital's parking was.

Very impressed with the PT I’ve received so far. Very thorough knowledge, asked the right questions and answered my questions regarding how trivial. Clean, disinfect thoroughly between patients.
