The room was very clean. Location was very nice. Was only air conditioning left in room windows. Was chilly at night and have no clue where the heat would have come from when turning on the heat (got to 35 degrees on our stay) no vents just a thermostat. Could not get ahold of anyone. Room walls were paper thin (no privacy using bathroom) or having a regular conversation. Bar is across street so also very noisy at night. Bed is on wheels and no headboard so hope you are a still sleeper. Takes forever for the hot water to run into your room. The bathroom sink water is on the cold handle side. If you are just needing a quick place to lay your head … good place. Bring all toiletries, pillows and a blanket. We had a good laugh at the uniqueness of the place but must say better than driving almost 3 hours home from a beautiful day seeing the sights.

What a nice place to rest after hiking and checking out the elk. Walking distance to a few restaurants and a bar, a clean and comfortable room and friendly staff. Not fancy, but convenient and cozy. We will be back!!!

Rooms are small but clean, well taken care of, but no amenities. Nothing fancy but good if you want the basics. No fridge, no hangers. Nice folks taking care, all service is over the phone.

The room was nice and clean. Location was very convention. The pool was very relaxing. The staff was very nice. A must try if your visiting area. We are already booked for another visit. Absolutely love this area.

We were in room 5 which was small but very clean. The location was perfect for us for our one night stay. Highly recommend dinner at the Big Trout restaurant next door. Make sure you bring your own toiletries but if you forget there are a few options you can walk to to get some. Rooms were a bit noisy but the management was very nice and went out of their way to accommodate an early arrival and late departure for us. Nothing fancy but it met our needs, the price was right, and we felt safe.

Great location, rooms are good if you know what you're getting. This isn't the biggest or newest place and that's fine by me.

Let me start that the rooms are clean! So that's a big plus. It's basic as you can see from the photo. There's the bed, a dresser, a closet and a bathroom with shower. That's it. No microwave or fridge in the room.

We used the room for sleeping, otherwise we were exploring and finding the elk and Mr. Bald Eagle 🦅

Great little place, would definitely stay again.

I never stayed when the motel was under the previous ownership. My stay here the night of 4/23 was great. The room is clean, big flatscreen TV, and good WIFI. It was nice to stay in a no-smoking room that actually did NOT smell of cigarette smoke. There is some road noise, but I never travel without my white noise machine, so it didn't bother me or my dog. I loved the key on a big keychain, very retro. Yes, as others have said the bathrooms are small but not a problem. The pillows and towels were fluffy and abundant. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but I've slept on worse. All in all, I was very happy with my stay.
