We were so happy with our wedding DJ services. Mike was very communicative and helped us plan incredibly well, Stacy was there for every big or small question I kept on badgering her with, and Nate was the best DJ we could ask for. They made our wedding weekend perfect- the ceremony and cocktail hour were beautiful and well timed. The reception catered to our guests immediately and made sure everyone was dancing and having fun.

We hired Mike from B Entertained to be our wedding DJ and he was fantastic. He did a great job reading the vibe of the room and playing songs that got all of our guests dancing. Stacy, the project manager, was also incredibly responsive and helped us out with some last minute changes. Would recommend for any event!

To begin with, honestly, I don't know where to start. Mike was super friendly when we spoke to him over the phone and for all of our planning. However, it was extremely difficult and frustrating communicating with him and his company. We asked for a quote for rentals which turned into over a month's worth of waiting for correspondence only to be told his warehouse didn't have what we wanted. It was very important for us to know the exact DJ who was going to be at our wedding and Mike told us on several occasions that it would in fact be him. We had several zoom meetings where we went over specific details (when to start/stop songs, how we would signal when to transition, etc) and then on our wedding day another DJ showed up who we had never met or spoken to. He was not given the appropriate information from Mike so he did the introductions out of order, played the wrong songs for our mother/son and father/daughter dances, and he was RUDE when we (as the bride and groom) went to him and asked him to play specific songs that were ON OUR PLAYLIST! Many of the songs that he selected on his own were songs that we had never even heard of before. We feel he did not do a good job of reading the crowd and playing things our guests would have wanted to hear. He played some version of the Electric Slide for what felt like 20 minutes. Overall we were not happy with the DJ services and we were really disappointed in Mike's lack of communication. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this vendor. (All of our other vendors received 5 stars and we were completely happy with them but B_entertained was a disaster)

Mike did a super job at our daughters 18th birthday party. It's not easy to keep a lot of teenagers entertained and on the dance floor! Everyone had fun and they even got Mom (me) to dance. Thanks for some great memories and a lot of fun! I highly recommend!

High hopes, high disappointments. I wish I’d seen a review that helped me dodge this bullet. If you are planning a wedding, choose someone else.

We used to B_entertained to supply the rentals for our wedding reception at Egerton Park. As we prepared for the event, they made mistakes. For example, they sent us quotes that were triple the price of what they should have been, and which we would’ve had to pay if we hadn’t contested them. In every zoom meeting, Mike kept his camera off, which felt creepy and unprofessional. The company was also unclear about their cancellation and 72 hour policies.

However, we took this in stride, and we were ready to let them work things out. We thought we were having a communicative experience with their customer service, and were hopeful that it would go well.

At the reception, the generator shorted out one hour before the end of the event. We had paid for the larger generator, but it still gave out.

Fortunately for us, our family and friends pulled together and used phone lights to keep the dancefloor lit. We brought our own speaker that was battery powered, and without it, the music would have stopped too. I’m very grateful we didn’t also hire a DJ through this company, as their equipment would have stopped working when the generator did.

What was most disappointing to me was my experience when I called Mike to discuss this with him. I expressed my frustrations in the hopes that he could explain what happened. But Mike was combative, aggressive, and told me that it was our fault. When I made that phone call, I was prepared to write a review about how, even though the generator stopped working, they worked with us to find a solution. But Mike hung up on me before I had even finished talking. I hope the recording of the call will be made available to me.
If he had dealt with me on the phone call kindly, then I would be writing a very different review. But I am immensely disappointed with the service, this reaction, and the way that he treats you once he has your money. I do not recommend this company.

I was provided with excellent service from this company for a surprise birthday party. The DJ services and photo booth were in perfect order. (Thank you Mike and Matt). They came on time, the set up was clean and efficient and the employees were very professional and friendly. Your party is what you make it. As the purchaser you have a responsibility to work with your vendors to plan out exactly what you want. B Entertained gives you every opportunity to plan every detail of services. All of your planning must be done about one to two weeks before your event so they can set you up properly. If you are trying to make plans the day before your party they don’t have enough time to set you up and that is your own fault. I had phone calls, texts, emails, zoom calls and an online portal in which to carefully plan the evening. Stacy and Mike were available to me at all times and always answered any question I had. Highly recommended!

Absolutely a joy to work with. Professional, organized and really makes the planning process easy. They checked in with us several times leading up to the reception to make sure that no detail was missed and showed up ready to rock! Had the entire dance floor packed the whole night and even when there was a hiccup with the caterer Mike was able to keep the party moving like nothing happened. Their online portal system is so helpful when you are trying to plan all the different aspects of the reception and they really do have an extensive library of music that was perfect for the huge age range we had at the wedding. And I cant say enough about how warm and helpful both Mike and Stacey are when you have questions. I cant say thank you enough either and I highly highly recommend them.
