We recently stayed at the Summerwind property in the unit “Don’t Worry Beach Happy.” We were pleasantly impressed by the cleanliness, the roominess, and the gorgeous view from the spacious balcony! The property manager contacted me the day we arrived to make sure everything was okay. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

We stayed in Summerwind 1204C. It was clean, updated and spacious. The wrap-around balcony provided stellar views! The unit had original artwork and flatscreens throughout as well as a huge sectional sofa. I loved being with a short walk to restaurants and the pier-We will stay here again!

My favorite place to stay when I go to Fla. 2nd time staying here and it won’t be the last. If your gonna pay $300 plus for just a hotel room you might as well spend a few more dollars and have all the comforts you need without the hassle. Easy check in and out, parking is good and easy easy access to the beach and pier. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Great value and location. Immediate concern with security of the entry door but mgmt responded quickly the next day. Pay attention to the parking signage requirements. If its not on the dash, you pay. On the seat (clearly visible) doesn't count. Would be a 5 star if paying $265 for removal of the tire lock was not an issue. Love the cleanliness and layout. Views were awesome.

Unit 902 was clean and comfortable and affords a great view of the longest pier in the Gulf. The supermoon appeared to the east while sunset pinks and oranges still lingered in the West all enjoyed from our balcony. We enjoyed being in walking distance to the pier and restaurants. Lots of thick plush towels were supplied. The pools and hot tubs were clean and entertaining. We do wish other tv streaming had been supplied in addition to the basic cable. The elevators are fast and the parking was convenient and plentiful. We will be returning to summerwind.

We love these condos and have stayed at Summerwind many times. The views and beach are beautiful. This unit was very comfortable with comfortable furniture and adequate kitchen supplies as we did do cooking on our family vacations. Easy check in and check out and convenience to stores is great. Highly recommend Summerwind. We will definitely be coming back!
