We rented our tent, chairs, tables, etc from Best Event for our wedding. When they came to set up the tent, everyone was professional and kind. Set up went quickly and it was cool to see them set up the big tent. We would not have had such a wonderful day without their products and services.

We had a graduation party in early June and we ordered a lot of different things. The office staff were amazing as I called or stopped by multiple times to tweak my order. They were helpful in explaining different items and helped me decide what would best suit my needs. On the day of delivery (a very busy day for them I am sure) we were probably the last or almost last….the delivery staff (and there were a bunch of them) were all so, so friendly. I’m sure they were tired and hot and ready to be done for the day but they treated me with such respect and were just the nicest people. They helped me decide the best placement for my tents and got everything up and ready in no time at all! Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!
You ALL made this experience great, can’t wait to do it again!

Best Event has always been great, with the most variety and quality linens as well as anything else you could need for your event, we host weddings at our home/farm and our clients have always been happy with their service. I would give them 10 stars if I could for their customer service when my mother-in-law passed away suddenly and we were planning a ceremony of life in less than 3 day. Megan and Suzie were quick, compassionate and went through their inventory to find me the most exquisite linens and overlays to match our theme for the last party we would get to throw for my mother-in-law. They thought for me when I couldn’t and made things so easy, they are a joy to work with and a gem to our community.

Owner Suzy and her staff have taken care of every detail. They have been in this business for a long time and they don’t miss a thing. I met to rent for an event and they knew the venue, my caterer, and my DJ. They predicted potential problems, prepared for small errors and changes in my order and already had solutions before problems occurred. Event planning is full of changes at the last minute. It seemed like BE knew how to adjust for these changes without anyone noticing. They are event pros.
The selection of rental items is large and what they dont have they can get. Much of the stuff is in the showroom so you can see it in person when you order.

Where do I even begin with Best Event Rental? The customer service is outstanding, the staff is beyond friendly, and the rentals they provide for their customers are the best. I cannot thank Best Event for being so helpful when it came to helping my friends and family plan and execute my bridal shower along with helping me pick out every little detail for my wedding. They made everything happen so smoothly and effortless. They all have so much experience when it comes to the event world, they are your must go to people! Thank you Best Event Rental!

Very rude staff and didn't give us what we ordered. Two days before our wedding we went to pick up the plastic tables and chairs we ordered. We got there and they gave us junked up wooden tables and we said that wasn't what we ordered. They said "it's tailgate season and we can just return them and give you a refund then if you don't want them." We reserved the plastic tables way before "tailgate" season. We also didn't need an attitude 3 days before our wedding because they gave all our tables away. Will never rent from here again. Lose the attitude too because you were in the wrong.

We've been using Best Event for all of our events since we opened in 2013. The staff is absolutely awesome- their customer service has been second to none for us. They are warm, professional, and very efficient. Whether our event is a small gathering or very large, such as move in- we are always treated like VIPS. Love and thanks Best Event!

I have had the pleasure of using best event throughout the years from small gatherings to my bridal shower and wedding. Susy and Megan are the best in town. Their inventory is amazing and are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. They also have amazing vision and can help elevate your event to be the best it can be. Not only are Susy and Megan extremely talented and professional but Chris and the workers who set up and take down events are efficient, hardworking, and respectful. I can’t imagine using anyone else!
