We were driving and it was late, we called and they saved a nice big king size bed for us + allowed us to have our pet with us. Check in was easy and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread in the morning was great. Next time we come I want to take a dip in the pool! It's not often hotels have them anymore! Super clean, friendly and just really comfortable. Would definitely come back!!

Impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms.Had nice big rooms with king size beds. Brought our dog and worked out fine although pets don't stay free. Pool was nice and clean. Nice staff very friendly and helpful .|Breakfast was typical hotel fare but server kept it replenished and hot so never ran out of items. Would definitely stay again.

Let me start my review with I travel a lot. This hotel is by far the cleanest hotel I have stayed at. It does not have the hotel smell. It smells clean and even with the pool on the first floor you can no smell the chlorine from the pool when your on the first floor. ||When my husband and I arrived for check in we were greeted by amazing lovely lady Karen. She had a welcoming smile and has been amazing throughout my stay. She asked why we were in town and I explained my husband was having surgery at Geisinger and I booked the hotel for the week to be close by. Everytime she seen me she checked in on both him and me. When I brought my husband back from his stay she cheered for him. ||I had a double double room. Again I travel a lot between my husband’s job, family trips and traveling for Girl Scouts. I have stayed in suites, extended stays and even motels. The room was the most spacious room I have seen. You could set up tent in the open space and still move around. No I didn’t set up a tent. ||The mini fridge was set to the perfect temperature and the microwave worked and was clean. They were upgrading TVs in rooms from 35inch to 55inch 4K TVs. ||The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The shower is a one piece and no mold around it. My only issue with the bathroom was that the toilet is low to the ground. ||The hotel is about 10 mins with traffics and lights to Geisinger Medical Center, across the road from McDonalds and a Friendly’s and a gas station next door. ||I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone passing through and definitely for anyone having a love one at GMC.

This was my first stay at any Best Western hotels. I was very impressed with the service, cleanliness and comfort! In my experience it's certainly the best for the price!

Perfect off-the-highway rest spot while traveling. Clean and comfortable rooms, but definitely bare bones. Good for an overnight though, just what we needed. Friendly staff too and free breakfast if you get up before 9

Our stay was wonderful, got there as check in opened right at 3pm and was greeted by a nice woman. Our room was ready and met all my expectations, room was clean , enough room for the two of us . The whirlpool tub in room was delightful , a lot cleaner than I expected it to be (just cause I usually have to clean them before I even attempt ) and this one was pleasantly pretty clean already. There were enough towels and space etc. The breakfast was nice , very yummy MYO waffles , sausages , eggs , potatoes which I really wasn’t expecting much else besides bagels and muffins or something of that sort so it was a nice surprise!

Very nice hotel, room was clean and comfortable. Public areas were also in very good condition. The breakfast was good and well maintained, is fairly small so wonder what it may be like during peak breakfast. A note if you are hauling a trailer, no real parking available to fit a truck and trailer, we made do for the evening and by the time we left in the morning maneuvering was manageable.

We stayed for a quick overnight stay. The hotel was easy to find and there was ample parking. Check in process was easy and the rooms were clean and in good repair. They have the updated phone charging stations which really saves us! There is no fitness center but the staff (Carolynn) was very helpful in suggesting a nearby trail which was beautiful! The pool looked great but our schedule did not allow us to try it out. Breakfast was fine, just a standard breakfast and the space is very small. Thankfully the front desk manager, Karen, noticed the seating situation and allowed us to use another room nearby! It was perfect!
