Nice place to stay truck friendly. Truck stop being next door is great for parking and getting the things I needed the next morning like fuel and coffee. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Stayed here overnight for a road trip stop.
Check in was late at night, yet the manager showed up right away and was very pleasant.
The room was clean, including clean sheets and clean bathroom.
Breakfast has a good spread for the price of the room. It included omelette, boiled eggs, gravy, butter, sausages, tea, coffee, cereal, juices.
The staff at the breakfast was very nice and attentive.
I would recommend it for the night stay on the road.

The reason that I selected one star for service is because I asked for a late checkout and they only gave me 30 minutes. I usually get an hour or no time at all because they are booked, and I understand that, but they are not booked they are half empty. I needed an hour because I may be staying longer and may need to extend my stay. No matter what I said the front desk would not put me down for a late checkout at 12:00 p.m. this is unfortunate because I do have to stay longer, but I will not be staying with Best Western I will be staying with the competition. Best Western Oasis you lost a customer. It's a shame all I needed was an hour.
Update: I called Best Western corporate and filed a complaint.

DO NOT STAY HERE! worst hotel i ever stayed at. Wifi is inconsistent and bearly works, the shower doesnt get hot, towel had hair on it, to poor to upgrade to a smart TV, give you bearly any room for a freezer in the fridge. This is a Embarrassment 0 care, pride or effort. This is a .5 hotel that should be 20-50 a night. Who ever owns this and manages is a comedian cause this is a joke.

Sad to have to leave this review. They put us in a pet room and we have NO pet. flooring was tile! YUCK! who wants to put their feet on a tile floor. on first night all you could smell was skunk (weed) and it would come under our door. There was absolutely zero water pressure to take a shower. Dont mind trying to run bath water cause the stopper wouldn't work either. This hotel use to be so nice and we have stayed here on numerous business occasions. Pool and hot tub were not cleaned and ready for use. Also two housekeepers were talking about how a room got broken into, in spanish. Now all this combined will have us drive the couple more miles into Blythe to stay at the Hampton on our business trips. I advise everyone who reads this to do the same.

Unsatisfied with the hotel we stayed at previously in the CA/AZ border, we hoped for better accommodations at Desert Oasis. We had a near perfect stay. We thought the price was very reasonable, the breakfast was better than the usual powdered eggs and turkey sausage. The room was larger than normal and beds very comfortable with four pillows. The bathroom was sparkling clean and full functional with hot water. the cable choices were plentiful including HBO, movies free of commercials. Sounds quite perfect doesn't it?

Will not ever stay here again the manager is rude on top of that they wanted to rip me off with my money they make up there own rules. I had to do an early checkout due to an accident at work and the desk along with the manger who's name is BEATRIZ told me I had to notify them 24 hrs in advance for an early checkout if I didn't do that I would end up losing my money as if I knew I was going to to get hurt at work 24 hrs in advance and on top of the graveyard shift desk treated me like if I was a thief I lost my keys and he wouldn't give another one so I could in the room to get my stuff out he told how do I know if your not going to go steel things out of other guests rooms very unprofessional on his behalf WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PROPERTY AND I WILL MOT RECOMEND THIS PROPERTY TO OTHER PEOPLE EITHER. MANEGMENT IS JUST A BUNCJ OF THIEFS! Who has the last laugh has the best laugh I will never ever rent here even I had a choice to people where are rude I have never disrespected any of the desk clerks to top it off I work all night and sleep all day so there fore I don't have the time to be bullying people in the property I was discriminated by Joe the graveyard desk all time so you see your the last of my options even I was offered money to stay I still wouldn't stay here with nasty staff. Just because I say the truth about the staff now that makes me a bully ? this so childish!
