Our experience was outstanding. Kelsie who was working at the desk texted before our stay to set our expectations and was able to change our reservation to a room that was more suitable to us. Her care and understanding of our situation was extraordinary. We’d been traveling for 5 days already (cross country road trip). We were tired and sick of pet friendly mediocre hotels at that point. But when we arrived Kelsie’s personality, genuine concern and hospitality was just overwhelming. We are so glad we ended up staying here so that we could experience such kindness. Thank you for a great stay!

This was a big surprise. Last minute reservations. Literally pulled off the highway and made the call. I have a dog. $20 pet fee!!! Unheard of ...I have been paying $75 at other hotels. Room was huge. Nick at the front desk, put me on the first floor by the door because of my dog. Love this. I usually get stuck at the end of a long hallway!!!! Everything was great and Nick was so friendly and anticipated my needs. I travel this route often and I will plan to stay here in the future.

This motel gives me racist vibes. They put us in a room that was not clean for what it looked like smelled clean. But the walls had brown stuff with water runs or whatever it was 🤢 nasty. They floor was covered in animal hair, the shower had soap residue from previous guest, cable in our room didn't work but seem to be working fine in everyone else's room, but we don't go anywhere without our PS5 so that was our entertainment for the 4 or 5 days we was there, the water in the tub didn't turn completely off so we had to hear that all day as well as hearing the pipes bang the walls anytime the other resident used the water in theie rooms, they put out breakfast for everyone but acted as if I was doing something wrong by getting food from my family to have breakfast in our room. They staff coughing without covering their mouth around food. They staff and guest looked and act as if you don't belong it was only one guy on night shift that treated everyone the same. But everyone gave the vibe as if they didn't want us there. This was my first visit to this state and this Best Western was not a good experience people wise. Don't think I will be visiting this Best Western again. Even getting towels and essentials for the room you get looks and vibes that shouldn't be there. Over all people could do better. I've never been treated differently for the color of my skin until now... Need a better representation for this company.

Fine place to stay. A little dated in/out but the rooms are a clean, spacious value. Walked to the fantastic Tex-Mex place for dinner.
I will for sure stay again, when passing through!

Clean, quiet little motel with comfy beds and updated rooms. Great check in. I’d definitely come back

Good price, clean room. We reserved a suite with a sofa, and requested first floor. But when we checked in, the only suites were second floor, other building, and no elevator. Once we got up to the room, everything was fine. Good breakfast, included bacon and eggs. Nearby restaurants include Perkins and Ruby Tuesday, two of our favorites.

I hesitated to leave such an honest review with pictures from our visit this summer as the employees seemed nice and I see the owner is trying to communicate with customers leaving reviews. Unfortunately our kids now call Best Western "Worst Western".

Very nice front desk staff, affordable price, but stairwell smelled bad (possibly pet smell), room had a little pet smell, and conference center with two queen beds feels isolated and eerie.

I would not stay here again, but maybe the main building is better. There’s a separate ā€œconference centerā€ building where the two queen bed rooms are on the second floor and it feels isolated, quiet and eerie. I passed through downstairs in the conference center and it was like walking through an abandoned building with how isolated and quiet it was. I wouldn’t want to get the two queen beds if you have a family with kids or a lady on your own if that’s the only room available. Note the other guys previous review about the conference room building being sketchy. We were traveling to Niagara Falls on the Canadian side so I can’t have my usual ā€œprotection deviceā€. My wife who could usually care less about her safety and is oblivious most of the time asked me to put the luggage in front of the door. There was a room full of some sort of workers staying in one of the few rooms booked on the 2nd floor hallway.

I don’t travel that much, but maybe my standards are going up since I was a kid. Before we could even get to our room we saw two separate people walking their dogs. Sure enough when I got to the eerie conference room building the stairway smelled awful. My kids thoroughly enjoyed laughing and talking about the smell though so maybe that’s a plus? Note there is no elevator in the conference building. You will have to carry your luggage up the stairs. I can’t even tell if there are any rooms downstairs there or if everything is just locked. I don’t know what the underlying stairwell smell was, but it was trying to be masked by cleaner. You may want to stay here if you have pets, but I’ve learned my lesson about Best Western and pet friendly hotels.

For the room, other than it being quiet, isolated, and eerie the room looked better than the stairwell and ghost town downstairs conference area. It smelled maybe a 2 out of 10 like a pet, but we were tired so there was no use whining about it. We do not have any pets. There was tape for some reason in the shower. The bathroom door didn’t catch so if you pushed or pulled on it any it would open. I tried pushing really hard, lifting up and pushing down to see if it would catch, but the alignment must be way off. The dead bolt on the door was missing a screw so I had to hold it just so to shut the door so it would lock and slide through the metal plate. My wife killed a spider in the tub. The bathroom faucet took a while to drain. My kids enjoyed killing a flying bug (possibly big fruit fly) when we got there. Before I got in the shower I squashed two more which was relieving because they weren’t as fast as fruit goes usually are so I didn’t have to chase them. I did like the constant sound of the a/c fan. Some places it’ll turn on and off loudly a million times waking you up each time it kicks on, but this was a steady fan/hum.

The front desk younger fellow with glasses was very nice. It’s just the pet smells, eerie isolation of the conference center, lack of elevator, bugs, drain, dead bolt, dumpster right outside the conference center entrance, etc.

Hope this helps someone.

I have never stayed in a place where the walls are so thin. I was almost asleep when the guests in the neighboring room arrived, and I could hear everything. They rose early the next morning, and the shower sounded louder than the shower in our room. ||I also felt the bed sheets were past their prime. Rough and pilling (or thinning?). The comforter was not warm enough - you could turn the heat up but that dries the air out and is also noisy. ||The diverter in the shower in 305 did not work very well. About half the water was still coming out of the tub spigot. ||On the plus side, front desk staff very nice and breakfast was good, too.
