Really disappointed with this stay. I normally love my Best Western experiences, but this was the worst.

The management for this location is changing their operations to not align with what is posted in the book in the room nor online. They have changed the food service hours and did not have 24/7 coffee service. As a business person who travels, the sitting and computer area were not allowed to be access prior to the management determined food service hours. Family was sleep and needed a quiet place to answer emails. Planned to have a coffee and find a corner near the fireplace. To my surprise, that was not permitted.

Food was cold the one time I had breakfast during the stay and decided that was the only time I would eat there. The build and room had an overall unpleasant odor. The location is not ideal.

The staff was pleasant but no one was ever at the front desk. While patiently waiting for the food area to open, someone was trying to check out and couldn't find anyone. Ended up just leaving their key and walking away.

Rooms are dated and extremely loud from the highway.

ROBIN at the front desk gives an excellent service.
Nice to have a PERSON answer the phone, listen to what you need and HELP YOUR FAMILY have a great stay. Big clean rooms, nice bath, and view to the water with christmass lights. My folks like Best Western Harbour more than pretencious hotels downtown.

Average best western. Ideal location for the beach, super handy to walk across the street. But note it’s a busy secondary- highway crossing. Hotel is looking very dated, inside and out. Front desk staff couldn’t have been less helpful. Breakfast in the morning is decent. Rooms on the back of the hotel have nice patios, but are so tired

The view was nice as we were able to see the marina. But the hotel as a whole was not so great. There is very limited parking. Maybe only a dozen or spots. If this is your first time visiting, then you'll have to go up some to get to the office. No signs indicate such. It was just figure it out yourself. Service at the front desk was quick. Maybe 5 minutes. The room is outdated and didn't feel throughly clean. These older hotels usually aren't up to date with amenities and it showed. The bathtub shower did not look clean. I don't know if it was stained, but the floor had build up on it that looked gross. We left to go have dinner and came back with leftovers. We put the leftovers on the table and our food ended up with tons of ants on it. If we hadn't paid the money and the price tag, we would have left. But we stuck it out. Needless to say, we won't be back. Ever! The only good thing to say about was the location as you are close to the beach. It's not worth the price. Stay elsewhere.

Great place to stay. The outside does not reflect the rooms. Outside seemed sketchy but the rooms were very large and clean. No complaints at all. Breakfast was great as well.

The hotel was pleasantly located off the PCH with a very short walk to the quiet beach. The hotel staff were pleasant during our stay. The hotel itself and rooms were pretty clean. The rooms were quiet large. I enjoyed staying here with a couple minor things.

The first being the room. In the room we had, The shower curtain rod was not appropriately placed making the shower space limited. And the shower head was spraying the back of the shower causing water to get aok over the floor. There was no way to adjust this based on the positioning of the pipe it was connected to. Additionally, the furniture could use some updating.

The second being the parking. They only allow one vehicle per room as there is very limited parking. Which is fine, we only had one car. But some of the spaces are pretty small bigger vehicles should not park in the parking garage.

The third and final thing was the breakfast. More specifically the eggs. The eggs are no good. They are clearly either frozen and look like a sunny side up egg or they use the powdered egg reconstituted to be scrambled eggs.

Aside from the above mentioned items, I had absolutely no problem with this hotel. And I would 100% stay here again. The pricing for the location and hotel is just perfect and budget friendly.

The hotel was decent for the price but the manager was terrible. He ended up charging us an extra $200 after our stay and now we are struggling to dispute the charge. He made parking extra difficult and was very aggressive. Do not recommend.

Water had to run for 15 minutes before it was warm. Carpet was sticky. Room had a weird musty smell. Parking charges were not disclosed at booking time.
