I was attending a conference for 2 days. Front desk was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. It had a microwave and a fridge. Perfect for a family with kids. The Lobby has high ceiling with plants every where. It felt so relaxing. I rarely write reviews but I felt I should because I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western in Harrisburg PA.

Wonderful room. Super clean. Haven't used the shower yet so no info on water pressure. Staff was super helpful and friendly. They even gave me a tip on which vending machine was the better one to buy from (it's the 2nd floor one, it's less likely to reject your bills). Price was fantastic. Not a lot immediately nearby, but short drive to airport/downtown Harrisburg/Hershey/shopping centers. Would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling this way. Internet is good, but not quite up for video conferences

Best - Best Western we've ever stayed in. Amazing hot breakfast. Great staff, very friendly and had hot drinks available at all hours in lobby. We got in later in the evening, it was cold and damp and it was nice to grab a hot drink before going to our room.

Worst stay ever. We booked 2 rooms for one our kids sporting events, one for us and one for the coaches. Upon walking into our room there was urine all over the toilet and bathroom. I called a manager up, turns out there was not a manager available all weekend long. Her first reply to me was "Well, I don't want to clean that!". Eventually they sent someone up who partially cleaned it, I had to finish cleaning. It then turns out they double charged me for one of the rooms, the employee working the front desk said he would put something into stop the extra charge but couldn't put something in writing. The hotel then charged me again, I am still fighting them from across the state. If you value your credit card information I do not recommend staying with them.

This hotel conference center is the best. The guest rooms have been renovated in the last year. O”Reilly’s pub has hearty, tasty and generous portion meals. The atrium lobby is a fabulous gathering space. This hotel has the most fabulous staff from the front desk to housekeeping, yes, they do daily room housekeeping! Our group has been holding our yearly conference there for 12 years. Requests are never a problem, things are attended to immediately. Definately a go to place if you are in ther area.

This hotel gets a 5+ stars for several reasons. First of all, our room was very clean & comfortable. There was plenty of hot water & great pressure in the shower. They serve a hot breakfast with plenty of variety. Another reason for the high rating is the fact that they have honest staff. A few hours after we left, I received a phone call to let me know that I had left my toiletry bag in the room (a fact I would not have known until our next destination). The lady who called (I’m assuming she was the Manager) was extremely helpful in me taking the necessary steps in getting the bag shipped back to me at our final destination. I was very appreciative of the fact that they obviously have honest people working for them. I have experienced leaving something behind in another hotel & when I called was told that my item had not been found. Maybe this is not such a big deal to many, but my toiletry bag had several expensive items in it & so I was very happy to get it back. Thank you Dipti (sp?) for your help & patience.

The room and building looks great, but the air is stinky. Also, the receptionist was pretty rude, didnt even acknowledge us and barely looked at us. Then, sleep was horrible, i couldnt get any AT ALL. Uncomfy bed, scratchy sheets, and loud cars and people everywhere. The walls must be thin. 0/10, this Western was NOT the Best, i would never come again.

So arriving at the Best Western to check in had told them my name and they ran the card. Didn't ask if the card on file is the one to use and in my situation wanted to pay cash which is available and called ahead to make sure. The problems just escalated for instance nobody wants an automatic bathroom light switch to go off after 20 seconds. There was no ON! Just 20 seconds on movement controlled that doesn't work well when you are showering since the glass steamed up. So in the morning told the front desk they said they would fix. When back later in the evening they said they fixed it and hint it wasn't. Ok so now Sunday of daylight savings time the breakfast wasn't ready at 6:30 as of nobody was in duty. Of court asked at 6:05 and they said yes at 6:30. Have a trade show to be at and sitting around waiting on people rushing to make my food is not a good look. This best western has issues and would definitely consider this for your stay. Daylight savings time would mean you showed up early when
the time falls back one hour so there is definitely a systemic problem here. Oh had left at 6:50 and it still was only half ready. Am surprised nobody left and just waited and then ate the half prepared breakfast
