Debated staying due to somewhat mixed reviews, but everything was nice! And the price point was good. A few things could’ve been cleaner, like the tub, but beds were really comfortable and the pool was very warm. Hot tub is gone. Good breakfast. Helpful check in host. Good stay for what we were looking for!

Upon arrival we found out we made a mistake and had booked our 2 rooms for the wrong date. Jason at the front desk was so helpful and booked us two new rooms for the night without any upcharge. Such a great experience with the service here! Rooms were also very clean and spacious.

Friendly guy checked us in, thanked us for being BW customers. We were able to check in about an hour early. The room was clean and quiet, comfy bed. The breakfast was very good and the attendant lady was very helpful and nice. Lots of restaurants nearby. We were heading south, it was stopover for one night.

Spic and span hotel. Caring staff. Comfortable bed. Even the stairwells were clean and there were many hunters at this hotel|Would absolutely stay here again.|Did not use the pool.|Lighting good in the room too|Plenty of clean towels|Front desk planned well for me not to be disturbed by the early rising hunters. |the hotel even accommodated the the breakfast time for the hunters. They began breakfast at 4am and ended at their standard time. How lucky for the hunters

Positive: Clean. Nice breakfast. Easy checkin. Night desk clerk was friendly. Negative: Bathroom drain was slow to drain. Mattress seemed firm. Day desk clerk was hardly there.

Convenient location - many stores and restaurants nearby. Very friendly and welcoming receptionist checking-in. Room very clean - good smell! Pool was temporarily closed - I was planning on using it for a few minutes! TV reception was not good - only got a handful of channels - I thinlk it was a cable problem. The sink in the room did not completely shut off - there was always a little flow of water. Probably a simple repair. Breakfast was excellent - everything was hot and very tasty.

My husband and I were caught in a snow storm headed back home and had to pull off and get a room here. It is definitely not somewhere we would typically stay but it sufficed for a few hours.

There was trash left in our room from the previous guests. The water from the sink or the sink itself had a bad smell. The beds were pretty hard.

They did have Otis Spunkmeyer cookies and that was a plus!

Let me start by saying the staff at this hotel was excellent. They did their best to make things work, but we're in an impossible situation. I had a room on the third floor as did my sister and her husband. Though we have mobility issues, we do not normally need handicapped rooms. However, this time, we checked in, put our things in our rooms and went out for dinner.. when we returned, the only elevator wasn't working. They managed to get me moved to a first floor room, but my sister was still on the third floor. The staff called the owners so they could call the elevators repair folks. The hotel was completely full that weekend. The owners chose to ignore the comfort of their paying guests and chose to wait until Monday to call. I understand equipment failures, but I don't understand not providing excellent service and comfort to your guests. I would not recommend this hotel
