This is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers visiting Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The hotel features a clean, elegant atmosphere with professional service throughout. Rooms are spacious, well maintained, and equipped with comfortable beds and modern amenities, making for a relaxing stay. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. One of the highlights is O’Reilly’s Taproom & Kitchen, the on site restaurant offering a diverse and high quality menu. The hotel also includes convenient facilities such as an indoor pool, a 24 hour fitness center, and a large conference center with over 19,000 square feet of flexible event space. This is our 4th time to this Best Western Plus in Harrisburg and it never disappoints! The location is excellent and the rooms are very nice and clean! The staff go out of their way to ensure that we have a pleasant stay! We also enjoy OReilleys pub which is attached to the hotel! We plan our trips to Florida around our stay at this hotel! We will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to all our friends and family!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and spacious, providing plenty of space for our family to relax. The lobby was beautiful and spotless, creating a welcoming first impression.||The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant—great food and excellent service made dining convenient and enjoyable.||One of the highlights for us was the indoor pool, which the kids absolutely loved! It was well-maintained and perfect for some family fun.||Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Everything about the Best Western Premier The Central was excellent. We booked two rooms, one accessible for me and one pool view for son and two grandchildren. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and had great amenities. Love the Anthropologie products for the bath!!! Everything worked well, the showers, the large screen TV, the WiFi, etc. The cleaning staff kept the rooms fresh and were so friendly. Zach and the other wait staff at O'Reilly's Pub served up delicious food and drinks. Always welcoming us with big smiles. Every consideration was given to help us feel at home. The pool? Ohmigoodness it was kept sparkling clean, and is VERY large. The kids had a blast. We wouldn't hesitate to return - perhaps later in the season when Hershey Park is open. The Front Desk and all the staff at The Central will be doing their utmost to ensure you have a wonderful time at their beautiful hotel! Suggestions for improvement - it would be awesome if there were a bar poolside for refreshments such as frozen pina coladas, etc. Hehe....!

This is a very nice hotel. Everything was beautiful from the large lobby with a grand piano to the indoor pool. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Bedding was nice with comfortable beds. The pool area was very well taken care of with a lot of seating. I attended a gala event here and it was really nice! The courtyard is gorgeous and the room was nice and wide, which is nice because most event venues are deep. This is because deep venues leave folks in the back a bit disengaged, whereas this room was the opposite way. I don't know the cost, but I think it's worth it!

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. Very clean,modern and beautiful pool. The staff at this hotel is amazing. During our stay the weather was very challenging with freezing rain and sleet. My brother was staying at another Best Western in Harrisburg we were supposed to meet at our hotel for dinner but due to the weather it was too risky for him to drive. The thoughtful, kind man at the desk overheard my phone conversation with my brother said “if your brother Uber’s here I will take him back to his Best Western hotel when I get out of work” . Yul was this generous, kind and thoughtful mans name. When do you ever find someone who goes above and beyond at there job plus is doing this on his own time. He wanted my brother to feel safe during his stay. I pray this company appreciates his loyalty and fantastic work ethic. He definitely is one of a kind. Definitely a stay I will never forget because of his kindness. Thank you Yul.

I booked for a girls getaway for myself and 3 tweens over Christmas vacation. The poolside rooms are great for easy access to the pool. The front desk staff are professional and well-dressed. Every employee we made contact with was friendly and professional. I love how they don't put extra bedding on the beds, just the white sheets and coverlet that they wash. We didn't have to leave for anything. The girls enjoyed the pool and arcade, and we ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. I was happily surprised with how good the restaurant was. Service was excellent and food was great.
