My husband and I worked with Jenna for our summer 2024 wedding at Villa De Lucca. She was our coordinator for the last 2 months of our planning process and were so glad that we enlisted her help! As out of towners it was helpful to have Jenna help connect us with central coast vendors who have worked VDL before or folks that she knew would knock it out of the park. During the last month of planning Jenna helped to connect with vendors to ensure that they had all the information and support that they needed. She came up with an extremely detailed timeline for our wedding (14 pages!) day to run smoothly. And she, and her team, ran the show the day of the wedding with a calm demeanor and the answers to any hiccups that occurred along the way. My husband and I had the absolute best and most stress free wedding day thanks to Jenna. We would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for an event coordinator!

We chose better2gether events since Jenna knew our venue, the local vendors, and the area well! She guided us through every step of the way- even as just a partial planner! She had great vendor recommendations, and took no offense when I wanted more suggestions on top of the ones she already gave. All my anxieties and questions about the day were always answered promptly and with ease. On the day of the wedding it rained, but Jenna and her team worked SO hard to still make the experience one to remember, while taking such great care of us and our guests. Our family & friends could not say enough great things about how hard they worked and how impressed they were. Jenna and her team are seriously the best and I cannot recommend them enough!
