The Biden Welcome Center is a solid stop for Tesla owners. The Superchargers are clean, easy to access, and there are plenty available, making charging hassle-free. The overall quality of the facilities is acceptable—nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.

There are food options and even a massage service, making it a decent place to take a break while your car charges. It could be a little cleaner, but overall, it’s a convenient and reliable stop for a quick recharge.

What a wonderful spot to stop and relax during a long drive. So many choices for spots to grab something to eat. Even a Carlo’s Bake Shop Express! I couldn’t resist getting a slice for the road. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly.

I took the Greyhound bus from NYC to DC, and this was a rest stop along the way, right before the Baltimore stop.

I grew up in the age of dusty, dingy, sewage smelling rest and truck stops. Thank goodness for a new day! The Biden Welcome Center is exactly that—a welcoming place after a long ride.

There are plenty of dining options. Eva loves Burger King, so she had her fill of beef. I enjoyed Pret, and the options there are good for people considering plant-based or vegan choices. Other places were Dunkin’ and I can't remember the other spots because we had a few minutes to grab our snacks and jump back on the bus. No worries, you will eat and be fine.

The restrooms, at least the womens area, were clean. There was plenty of toilet paper and there were no unusual scents in the air.

I give The Biden Welcome Center five stars, for a variety of choice, cleanliness, and I felt safe.

Beautiful, clean and well maintained welcome center 👏🏽. Multiple restaurants to choose from and get food. Clean restrooms, lots of place to sot and enjoy your meal. There is a store where you can buy souvenirs 👍🏽.

I think it's hilarious they called this place Biden Welcome Center and almost all of the stores and restaurants inside were closed on a Monday at noon. Guess they couldn't find anyone that wanted to work 😂🤣

Stopped there during a long road trip during the holidays. Cool Christmas tree/tower of poinsettia but the wreaths looked sad. Burned my hand and leg when the lid came off a cup of boiling hot tea. When I asked for cold water from the vendor, they told me to use the restroom. Eventually gave me a 1/2 cup begrudgingly.
