We used Bills for our wedding October 21, 2023. Our driver was extremely professional. It was pouring and he met me each time at the door with an umbrella and a smile! Very prepared! On time! He made sure we had our bluetooth music and were comfortable! Everything was clean and worked perfectly. Would absolutely recommend for wedding transportation! Today a driver for Bills Limo parked in front of my driveway for 15 minutes waiting for neighbors guests. When I asked him to move away from my driveway he gave me a hard time. I thought limo drivers would know you don’t block neighbors driveway totally. He continued to yell sayings at me as I walked back to my house. One thing he yelled is “ What goes around comes around”. I consider that a threat. Extremely disrespectful. No class whatsoever. I would never recommend Bills if this is the quality of their drivers. He was out there for over 35 minutes. It wasn’t just a stop and pick-up.

I saw your response. Of course I feel he was disrespectful! He yelled things at me while I walked back to my home! Not to mention that the neighbor could have moved his own car to fit limo and there was room in front of neighbors driveway so that the young girls wouldn’t have to walk across a slopping grassy lawn.
I will review your drivers actions. I don’t have to actually be in your limo. I do not blame my neighbor at all. It was the limo driver.

I have to start by saying this company is very professional. I worked with Kenya, who helped me out. I was in a panic trying to find a good party bus two weeks before my Birthday event. She worked with me by allowing payment time and was very personable. Our driver Chris was a doll; he was on time, patient, helpful, and very professional. I also have to say the bus was immaculate. The 17-passenger bus I initially reserved had been upgraded to 26 passengers by Kenya. I love this company and will be using them again. Thankful for your service!

We hired Bills Limousine Service for our wedding, and while the first driver who took us to the venue was professional, the experience afterward was unacceptable. The driver who picked us up after the wedding made inappropriate comments about how "sexy" the girls looked, which made everyone uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, the following day, the same driver sent text messages reiterating those remarks. This behavior is completely unprofessional and crosses boundaries. What should have been a memorable part of our special day was marred by this uncomfortable experience. We expected better from a service that caters to important events like weddings. I would not recommend Bills Limousine Service based on this experience.

Another incredible experience with Bill's Limousine! A huge thank you to Sal and Kenya for making all the arrangements so seamless and stress-free.
Special shoutout to Joe Fontana, the best driver in Connecticut! He was professional, punctual, and made sure I was treated like a true VIP from start to finish. They did an awesome job, and I couldn't have asked for better service.

I researched several companies to book a party bus for my husband's 40th and Bill's came as a recommendation from my neighbor. They were so communicative, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease. They were very flexible with pick up and drop-offs. Bus arrived on time and ready to go, driver was professional, and we felt safe. Overall, it was a great experience and we would use again.
