My wedding was here back in October and I still think about it daily and want to relive that day over and over again! It truly couldn’t have been a more perfect day and that is all thanks to Mo! She brought my vision to life. If anything went wrong throughout the day or night I had no idea! Once Mo left Kaylee took over and she also made the rest of the night amazing. The whole process of booking through Wedgewood helped make my life a lot easier. We could customize our package to our liking. I couldn’t recommend this venue enough! If anything I wish we could’ve had more time at the venue since the night went by so fast!

We got married @ Black Forrest the first week of October. It was such an amazing experience! We had an intimate 50-person wedding/reception with an outdoor ceremony. Throughout every moment - the tour, the booking process, planning meetings, detail calls - all the way up until the very last minute, this team ensured everything went seamlessly. My husband and I are the only members in our family who live in Colorado and were looking for an all-inclusive venue to assist us throughout wedding planning so it wasn’t so stressful on us solely. Black Forrest absolutely BLEW our expectations out of the water. We used every vendor recommended by the venue - they were all wonderful! Rev. John made our ceremony beautiful and personable. Maggie K. With DJ Maestro kept our group dancing all night long and kept everything SO fun for us! If you’re looking for younger music - SHE’S YOUR GIRL! Huge shoutout to Mo @ Black Forrest, she walked us through every step of the process and made us feel so comfortable and supported. Katelyn and other staff Lexi, Dave, Cordelia and Mike were amazing during reception as well and kept the celebration rolling! My husband and I truly enjoyed our experience and would recommend Black Forrest @ Wedgewood a million times.

The only disadvantage to Wedgewood is their payment process - you must reach out to the venue every time before you make a payment to get a secure link. You don’t have 24/7 access to a payment account and can not pay any amount at will. However, the staff do their very best at responding to emails and calls when those links are requested!

The planning team and wedding coordinators are so friendly! They were always available to answer any questions myself or my husband had. They always welcomed us warmly when we went in for in person meetings and made sure everything was perfect as best as they could!!

From start to finish, Wedgewood was a dream! Wedgewood made planning SO easy. We chose to do all inclusive (food, cake, bar, flowers, dj, etc). Despite everything being all inclusive, we were still able to customize everything and make it the perfect wedding for us. Wedgewood takes care of everything on the day of and the coordinators / banquet captains were so helpful. Our guests said this was some of the best wedding food they ever had and the DJ played some of the best/most engaging music. We had the best day ever and the best experience ever!

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue! From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and genuinely fun. Our day-of coordinator, Yvonne, was incredible—she was there every step of the way during planning, made the whole process feel easy, and handled all the little details so we could fully relax and enjoy our day.

When it came time for the reception, our event captain Kaylee took over seamlessly. She was calm, attentive, and always there when we needed her, keeping the night running without a hitch.

And we have to shout out our DJ, Maggie, who absolutely nailed the vibe. She played everything we were hoping for—from our playlist picks to some perfect additions that kept the dance floor packed all night. She even threw in a few jitterbug songs for our grandparents, which was such a sweet, thoughtful touch that meant the world to us.

The venue itself was stunning, but it was the amazing team that made our day truly unforgettable. We felt so supported every step of the way, and we’re beyond grateful. Can’t recommend them enough!

Wedgewood was absolutely incredible! They took away so much of the stress of wedding planning and were there for us every step of the way. Yvonne was our day of coordinator and she could not have been more excellent! She helped us stay on track while also letting us enjoy every moment and was there to help with everything that came up throughout the day. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff is all so kind and attentive, we are so glad we chose this place for our special day!

I have been shooting weddings for 5 years around the country and this is the BEST venue staff I've ever encountered. Going above and beyond for my couple, myself and everyone I watched them interact with. I believe Lindsey was the coordinator, she is beyond kind and good at her job.The staff even went out and picked up the pizzas without hesitation when the bride realized they had forgotten during the dancing portion of the reception. Seriously, as a vendor I was beyond impressed with the staff. The venue itself is also beautiful, clean, well kept.

Black Forest by Wedgewood Weddings was the most amazing venue my husband and I could have asked for! They were so supportive, helpful, and responsive throughout the whole planning process. Anytime we had a question on anything, we got responses very quickly and they were fast on updating us with any changes. They were also very flexible with us making changes to our package to make our day exactly how we wanted it. We had the most stress-free wedding day due to how amazing our coordinator, Lindsey, was. She was constantly asking us if we needed anything and kept us filled on drinks. Once she left for the night, Monique was also great at making sure we were taken care of. The whole staff here made for such an amazing wedding planning experience and we are so grateful to them!
