Brittney was FANTASTIC! For my mom & I who had a vision for what we wanted, Brittney took us over the finish line. Her resources / planning portal were VERY helpful for staying organized and not forgetting any details, her month of consultation was a game changer and her weekend coordination was a MUST HAVE. She helped pull together so many puzzle pieces, and we did not worry about ONE aspect of our wedding weekend because her & her team were on their game. They took care of so many problems without us even knowing. Plus - they were organized, calm, direct & constantly checking in to see if we needed anything. Bonus: her & her day of team are fun!

I cannot say enough great things about Brittney!! I had a DIY wedding at a venue that provided very little, and Brittney helped my vision come to life. I hired Brittney as a month-of coordinator and I am so so happy I did. She was experienced with our venue and was able to answer every question I had and brought up details I hadn't even thought about. All of the resources and vendor recommendations she gave us were extremely helpful and worked out great. If I hadn't had Brittney the day would have been so much more stressful, and with her it was an absolute breeze.

I had MANY boxes of decor and Brittney and Rebecca worked tirelessly on the day of our wedding to make everything look perfect. They were also were able to pick up and arrange all of my florals for the day since my venue was out of the delivery range. Every detail of the vision I had was perfect and even better than I imagined. She also did an excellent job getting my flower girls down the aisle which was a worry of mine. They liked her so much they wanted her to walk down the aisle with them!

Amanda and Amber were a heroic day-of coordination team on my wedding day! We met with Amanda for the first time a week before the wedding, and she immediately put us at ease with her great questions, calm demeanor, and all-around good vibes. We had them with us for 10 hours on the day of the wedding, and they did so much. Before the wedding, they helped coordinate our rehearsal, set up all of our décor, and connected with our vendors as they arrived on site. When it started to rain just half an hour before our planned outdoor ceremony, they and our vendor team did an amazing and seamless job getting the ceremony moved inside (which was not our original rain plan!). Despite the change in plans, I never felt stressed or worried on my wedding day because I knew I was in good hands. And at the end of the night, when it was time to take down all our décor and head home for the evening, we found that Amanda and Amber had already done most of the work (and handled everything with our departing vendors) while we were out on the dance floor. The ease and peace of mind they brought us on the day were worth every penny we paid.

Black Label’s planning guides, particularly the planning checklist and the gratuity guide, were also super helpful, and although the format of some of their forms was a little clunky, they were really useful tools as we got organized for the day.

Words truly cannot express how amazing Brittney and her team are. I am a person who can feel easily overwhelmed and I didn’t feel an ounce of stress on my wedding day or the weeks leading up to it. Brittney helped in not only all the planning, but also the smallest gestures that meant so much the day of such as; having our favorite drinks ready for us during pictures, having a plate of our appetizers waiting for us at our table, bringing us water on the dance floor, and reassuring me anytime I felt stressed. I also walked into our reception space completely blown away at how she executed the decor exactly how I had been dreaming about it for months. I don’t know if I could have been as carefree on my wedding day without her and her team. I have told almost everyone that Brittney was our most well spent money and I could not recommend her more, she is truly so amazing at what she does!!!
