Perfect Birthday Venue!

We had an amazing birthday party at Blended Three Studio! The venue was clean, intimate, and beautifully set up. The staff was super helpful and made everything run smoothly. Our guests had a fantastic time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of showcasing my artwork at this event space, and I couldn't be more impressed. The venue was not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly well-organized, which allowed my work to shine in its best light. The staff was attentive and supportive, ensuring everything ran smoothly from setup to the final moments of the show. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, creating an ideal environment for both art and conversation. If you're an artist looking for a space that will truly enhance your work, I highly recommend this venue. Five stars all around!

Does Not Deserve 1 Star!

BEWARE….RENTAL SPACE IS VERY SMALL and is NOT comfortable for the amount of people they advertise it for!

I rented this venue for a toddler birthday party, having 20 adults and 5 children attend. The room was very small and seemed smaller than the pictures on their website. The rental space is on a 2nd floor, you have to enter through a 1st floor business and step behind a reception desk to get to the stairway, not a very comfortable welcoming experience for guests. It felt very dark, confusing and convoluted.

I had 4, 6ft tables set up for eating and 1, 5ft table for food. I was unable to set up a small secondary table for drinks due to lack of space. There was absolutely no standing room or room for guests to get up and move around and socialize. Once guests sat down to eat they remained seated the entire time as it was near impossible for people to get back up for more food, drink refills, bathroom, etc. I had to play hostess and server at the same time, very embarrassing in front of guests and I felt I had to apologize many times over.

I BROUGHT THIS UP TO THE VENDOR AFTER THE EVENT IN AN EMAIL AND I WAS TOLD THAT IT IS ADVERTISED AS CAPACITY AT 30 GUESTS SEATED, NOT STANDING….I had less guests than that and I questioned why they would then rent to me if they knew that my rental was for a toddler birthday party and the children, and adults would not want to remain seated?!

There was nowhere to put extra stuff like our coolers of food, jackets, purses, diaper bags, etc. I had to pile everything up in corners. I was told by the staff that there is a coat rack downstairs in a reception area to hang coats and purses, not in my view, so it did not felt safe to do that.

The venue did not supply a trash receptacle…..they gave me a trash bag to hang on a door handle, again, unattractive and unprofessional.

The room was very hot with that amount of people in it and I was told that we could not open windows as it is a liability on their part as screens are not provided in the windows.

The room in total was overcrowded, overheated and sloppy looking.

I sent the venue a very respectful email about my concerns and requested a refund. They did respond but felt they fulfilled their obligations and would not give a refund.

I would not rent form this venue again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Space is smaller than it appears in photos. We hosted 22 people seated at our event and it was a tight squeeze. 15 people or less probably would have been the max amount comfortably seated. The AC also wasn’t working for our event and we were not allowed to open any windows. It was a cool day out and temperatures got up to 80 degrees during our event. Otherwise, the space was beautiful and the person on site assisting us was great.

Edited in response to owner: we were apologized to by the staff member on site for how hot the room was because the AC was not working. She even offered to bring an extra fan up because of how hot the room was getting. Yes, like my review states, it was a cool day outside but heat rises and with 25 people in a room it gets hot quickly. It’s upsetting to me if the AC was working but we were left to sweat it out in a 79-80 degree room!

We celebrated our baby girl’s first birthday party in the even space and it couldn’t have been a more perfect experience.

Event planning can be very stressful but from booking to the day of the event the staff made sure we had everything we needed. They helped greet and direct guests where to go and were just a joy to work with!

The space was very well maintained, restrooms were nice and clean and the space was perfect for our intimate celebration.

I can’t rave enough about our positive experience, we will absolutely be booking more events in the future.
