Everything about Blue Grillhouse screams BIG BACK ENERGY. I was celebrating my best friend’s birthday, and this place did NOT disappoint. From the classy vibe to the gorgeous decor, it was giving "I work hard, eat well, and look good doing it."

Girls' day out turned into a whole experience—laughs, cocktails, and food so good it gave me the confidence to proudly be a foodie. I didn’t just leave full… I left fulfilled.

Special shoutout to Gabriela, our server, who was a total gem and made us feel like queens the entire time. 10/10 would recommend—come hungry, leave with a bigger back and no regrets.

High end dining experience. Waitress could not have been more helpful and authenticly wanted me to enjoy my visit. Meals were on the pricey side but the experience was so worth it. Food was very good. Totally recommend Blue!

The food/drinks are masterfully made. The blackberry(?) sangria was sweet and had a pure, juicy taste to it. The calamari had some of the best light breading I’ve EVER tried. Keep in mind, I didn’t have all this food and it includes the opinions of the people I went with lol I can’t eat that much. The vegetable ragu penne was mixed with the perfect vodka sauce. The oysters were chewy and soft at the same time. The 14oz ribeye had tons of flavor and it was super savory. The cajun chicken breast came with a storm of vegetable hash and smoked andouille that was to die for - perhaps reminiscent of New Orleans-style street cooking. The mashed potatoes are also EXTREMELY smooth. Overall, the quality of the food here is impossible to ignore.

To our experience, Blue is now the exemplary upscale Lehigh Valley restaurant. Justin Q was our server and he did a wonderful job. He was calm, cool, and attentive. The ambiance is luxurious and sophisticated, the lighting is fantastic with small candles all over, the aisles are tactfully and uniquely laid out, and the details of service are impeccable - everything from the way they hand you the silverware and the fact that they give you more than one set to the blue uniforms the servers wear. It all made for an experience that separates itself from the restaurant’s competitors, the closest of which, debatably, actually being owned by the same restaurant group (like Melt, Top Cut, Torre, etc.)

Perfection! I went for brunch and sat at the bar. They only do brunch on Sundays. There’s a huge selection of brunch food to choose from including appetizers! The drink menu is incredible. I got a mojito, which was refreshingly delicious. I ordered the classic eggs Benedict & I have zero complaints. It was perfectly cooked & the ham was thin yet plentiful. They have a lobster eggs Benedict that I’ll try next time. Service was great & attentive. Highly recommend. I will be going back!

I was surprisingly not to satisfied with Blue. I have been wanting to go here for years and finally had the opportunity to. The cocktail I ordered was overly sweet. The appetizer was delicious and left me looking forward to a good steak! Sadly, both my boyfriend and my streaks were very fatty, to the point where we had to cut around or dispose of pieces into our napkins. If I was ever to go back here I would try one of the many other entree options that they have a leave the steaks to any other restaurant.

An excellent place to go out with friends, family, or a significant other. Out of this world food where the chefs and staff really take every detail of your dining experience into consideration, the food was all perfectly cooked, deliciously concocted to hit all the right tasting notes, and just overall one of the best meals of all time. Excited to come back here for birthdays and really anything to celebrate. Big thank you to Skip, a chef from the kitchen who even came out to thank us and tell us more about the meal! 🙏🏼
