Lori is one very exceptional travel agent. I have never dealt with a travel agent that listened to what my families criteria was and how she cared so much to keep us within our budget. Lori is very knowledgeable about travel and guided us to a resort that we loved so much. I was so happy to be with my whole family to help me celebrate my 60th birthday and Lori made that happen. We were so pleased we just booked two more trips with Lori. Israel and Greece here we come.

I needed help planning a trip to South Africa and Joyce was extremely unhelpful, rude, and not willing to help me out in a timely fashion. In her last e-mail to me, her exact words were "before I drive everyone crazy, let me know if you are still interested in going to South Africa." (wow, really willing to work, eh?) They put together packages for you that are an absolute ripoff and included are mandatory tours that, according to Joyce, "can't be removed from the package." I ended up going with a different and AMAZING travel company, along with saving thousands of dollars, and getting to do my dream trip to South Africa.
