Lewis is a fantastic instructor. My game has improved tremendously since I started going to him after I picked golf back up 6 months ago. The price is great, love that he has package deals, and wide range of availability to fit anyone’s schedule.

He explains everything very well from basic to advanced fundamentals and always offers drills you can do on your own time that is fun, and helpful to your game. He caters to what you specifically want out of your game.

Lewis came highly recommended to me from a handful of new and long time golfers, and I have recommended Lewis to many family and friends and will continue to do so.

I’ve been playing golf for 15+ years and never had a lesson until recently with Lewis, who I was referred to by a close friend who has seen dramatic improvement in a short period of time. Best decision I’ve ever made for my game!!! Lewis makes you feel like a friend from the first handshake. He didn’t try to change my swing and worked with what I have and improved the parts of my swing that needed it. Simple but extremely effective and, after the first lesson, I was able to implement what we worked on with immediate results on the course. Can’t recommend Lewis enough, he truly is an amazing coach and an even better guy!

Lewis has tremendously helped influence and shape my son into the golfer he is today, and will be in the future. My son Tristan picked up golf clubs competitively less than 2 years ago from being a seasoned baseball player. Lewis asked my son what his goals were and one of them was to make the Edwardsville High School Golf
team to which he did. Lewis’s level of experience and expertise has really given my son the confidence that’s been missing.

After 2 years of friends telling me “keep your head down” I decided to take lessons with Lewis. He was able to diagnose my problems immediately and help correct the issues. He was able to provide both the technical side and the feels side while explaining both clearly & concisely. The package deal is a great deal that will improve the golfer in all aspects of the game (range, chipping, & putting). I will recommend Lewis to anyone looking for lessons!

Lewis is a fantastic trainer! He analyzed my swing and within the first 30 minutes of the first lesson had me hitting the ball straighter and with more consistency and confidence. He also made sure I understood how to make it stick through a practice drill that was easy to repeat between lessons. If you're considering lessons, don't waste time researching any further, just hire Lewis!

Lewis is very knowledgeable about the golf swing. He quickly saw my swing flaw and showed me the correct way. In addition, he told me how to think about it on the course if I get back to the bad habit etc. Great experience in a comfortable setting. Would recommend Lewis to any skill level player.

My Grandson is 10yrs old he looks forward and enjoys going to his golf lessons with his instructor Lewis! Lewis is patient ,encouraging , keeps Paxton engaged and Paxton continues to improve with each lesson ! The instructor does a great job motivating and keeping Paxton's attention by not just spending time on the range but by sometimes switching it up playing a hole or 2 on the golf course with him . Also sets challenges and goals during lessons using positive reinforcement behaviors when the challenge is met with a calming , positive , fun demeanor . Also during the prior heat waves we were experiencing he made a point to contact us and suggest changing practice to a different day . Concernd about Paxton's welfare and ability to be able to learn during extreme heat conditions. Very pleased with Blyth Golf Academy and his instructor Lewis !

Lewis has been a great golf coach so far. I love his positive approach to the game and teaching. He's given us things we can work on outside of the lesson and my swing has already improved greatly!
